I ordered a simply plain buttered bagel toasted i specially asked for lightly buttered and toasted they didn’t toast my bagel like i asked they put cream cheese all over it i mean over a pound of cream cheese they need d to go slower and do their jobs correctly even when i go inside the staff is so rude and they ignore me most the time i used to come here all the time but the prices have gone up which is fine cause of inflation but 7 dollars for a bagel that comes with 1 piece of bacon on it is ridiculous im just upset with how this place fell downhill

Best egg sandwich.
My favorite bagel in the area. Bagels are consistently toasted to perfection, chewy, and topped off with generous schmear. My favorite is the french toast bagel - tried at first on the staff’s kind recommendation. Can’t wait to be back and try more! :)

I order from them all the time but when you call them it is a nightmare I either get a busy signal and no one answers and they've said before they just leave the phone off the hook because it's the end of the shift or you call and they leave you on hold for 15 minutes and you try to call on another line and it's busy because they only have 1 line and they don't answer the phone back so it's ridiculous don't have a business if you can't handle answering a phone
This place used to be my fav but it must be under new ownership. The new staff is super slow and all the older people who used to hustle are now gone and it's a shame.
Still the best cream cheese around!

I used to stop here every morning on the way to work for breakfast, but that ends today. This afternoon I ordered pastrami and Swiss on a hero. As you can see from the photo, there are two slices of pastrami on the entire sandwich. I'm pretty sure they just tossed it on the microwave too, no part of this sandwich ever touched a grill. I paid 14 bucks for this. Bye Felicia!

One of my biggest pet peeves if I get an everything bagel is when the bagel is naked. Apparently the bagels I shared photos of are what this place calls everything.
I ordered on door dash and even specified that I wanted bagels with a lot of seasoning on them. They might as well have given me plain bagels. Also, one of the bagels I got is egg everything when I asked for regular everything.
The bagel also tastes very bland.
The eggs and hash browns were good though.
Please stop serving naked everything bagels.

Awful experience. Waited over 20 minutes for one order and over 30 minutes for another order today after the time I was told to arrive.

First time there was today service was mediocre as well as the food. The really disappointing part was when you use your debit card you still get charged 4%. It’s probably one of the only shops deli whatever not restaurant but you know fast food environment that charges anything for credit card or debit especially debit you just going right into my bank account and taking my money, there’s no justification for debit card is cash. I’ll never go back there again and I order bagels at least twice and salads and sandwich trays I figured I tried this one or change never going back there again that’s greed.

Prices done gone mad but still good
I recently visited Wellwood Bagels to pick up an order, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. When I arrived, the staff, particularly this one girl with behind the counter, completely ignored me. Despite standing there waiting to be acknowledged, they continued to help other customers as if I didn't exist. A simple "hello" and "how can I help you?" goes a long way in making customers feel valued.
Customer service should always be the number one priority, but this experience made me feel like my presence didn’t matter at all. It’s one thing to be busy, but it’s another to blatantly ignore someone who's clearly waiting for assistance.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to be more attentive and respectful to all customers. Based on my experience, I recommend that everyone skip this place unless they want to be treated with the same disregard.

had a clob of hair in my bagle went to show it to the lady and she was super rude about it for absolutely no reason i wasn’t being rude all i said was excuse me there’s hair in my food and she started bugging out ab it to the point where another customer had to tell her to relax. this place used to be great now it’s terrible it’s a shame.

This was my favorite bagel place for over 10 years. As of late they’ve gone downhill. Recently ordered from them on three separate occasions. They’ve messed it up every single time. Getting the wrong order and forgetting items. Very disappointing.
Great bagels and sandwiches. Be prepared to wait. They're always busy. But, that's a testament to the food and service.
