Easily the best bagels in Lindenhurst. I grab my coffee & bagel almost every morning here to start my commute. Awesome staff and always cheerful....Side note: get the everything bagel

This place appears to be under new leadership and it looks like it is moving back in the right direction. The quality and service was top tier and I look forward to enjoying Wellwood again in the future.
They always get your order wrong! My husband always gets the wrong sandwich and not what he actually orders! They never have low-carb bagels made! It's so annoying eveytime I go there They say they are out and they aren't making more! I literally only go there for the low carb bagels, so I just leve everytime out of pure frustration. MAKE MORE LOW-CARB BAGELS!

Years ago, this was my favorite bagel place and deli. In recent years, the original owner sold to new management. Today, I went in to get three sandwiches on a roll - pretty basic - turkey on a roll with lettuce tomatoes mayo etc. The price on the board states $9.49 for a roll sandwich; however, when I got to the register, each sandwich on a roll was $13.50 before tax. How can a simple turkey sandwich on a roll be close to $14? I ordered three sandwiches that totaled to be about $45.00. This was not a hero, or a large sandwich in any capacity, just a roll. When I asked the manager why the difference in price, he stated that mayo lettuce and tomatoes are all extra add ons and the only way to get it for $9.49 is to only get the meat, not even the bread. This is false advertisement to the extreme and this place went from 5 stars to 0 stars. I will not be going back here again. Rip off. For all my Lindenhurst friends who used to go here, it's time to find a new deli. New ownership is atrocious, rude and ripping customers off blindly.

Nice local bagel shop. Bagels are perfectly chewy. Chunky chicken salad is delicious. Lots of flavored cream cheeses to choose from. Staff is on point.
