Slaughtered the Super Bowl experience. Management had no handle on the situation at hand. Went to the location at the scheduled time of pickup (7:30 pm) by 8 pm one employee flashed her phone screen to say that they haven’t even finished the 6:00 orders. Couldn’t call the store to cancel my order so I am stuck with the bill and no food.

I went in tonight and got my favorite boneless wings and everyone was so kind and attentive. Their homemade ranch and blue cheese dips are SO good! I love the seasoned fries too!!! The food was hot and delicious when i got home. Definitely recommend!

the cashier was beyond rude. we were trying to order and the entire time she was rolling her eyes and sighing, was not welcoming. I’ve been here several times and I’ve never been spoken down to as I was today by our server. She was a younger girl about my age and Coming from someone who works in customer service I would never treat my customers in the way she did. That alone makes me never want to come back to this location.

Food was cooked well. It's afast food chain there's not much service to expect
The chicken came out raw and so did the potatoes. Raw used to be the best and now they are ruining everything by grilling it on the run and the food is bad, it may be due to lack of staff but everything is bad

I don’t even make reviews but I had to for this literally terrible employees so rude they act like your a ghost , if u hate your job leave don’t take it out on customers , and you have Spanish employees talking about customers in Spanish acting like I didn’t know why they were speaking about
