This was the best meal, service, atmosphere and drinks we have had in years. The portions were huge... we had the meatloaf and whipped potatoes with a side of perfectly cooked summer squash and veggies along with the white shrimp in pasta with a salmon white sauce. Both entrees were served with fresh garden salads and home made breads. The dessert we tried was the lemoncello mascpanoe blueberry cake. Delicious. The restaurant was decked out with gorgeous Christmas decorations.
Loved the venue - the murder mystery dinner was ok. Sat there for too long starving, the show was kind of uneventful, and they stuck us at an 11 person long table (everyone else had a 6 person round) so we couldn't even talk/ communicate about clues. One bread basket to share for everyone, our side of the table didn't get anything - no server in sight to ask for more. Maybe it would've been better at a smaller table. Would recommend going for the dinner or bar...
We had a great time at our pre-wedding family dinner at Beardslee! It’s a one-of-a-kind atmosphere with beautiful architecture, and an overall really cool space to be in. The food has always been great whenever I have eaten in the dining room or dungeon.
