My girl friends food from here was acceptable..... but it was just nuggets.... however the spicy chicken sandwich i got from here was awful.... greasy.... bland.... and worst of all far to tough for either of us to eat.....so unfortunately i tossed the $18 sandwich 😤

I order so much and all of it was cold and hard to chew and stale. The chicken finger fries were so stale it felt like I was biting a rock! Never coming again. I also ordered 2 burgers and they were both cold and the patty was worse than the fingers. All of that just for the price to be SO high! I had to throw some food out because it was so bad.

There is very little service anymore. You order from a screen and the only human you interact with bellows your name and hands you your food. They don't ask if you need anything like salt ketchup eetc. Kinda disappointed . 🤷🏻

Waited 55 minutes for my order. Orders way after mine got picked up already. Mine was just a chicken burger, not slow roasted prime rib. Then told me they don't have it. Told me to go to next stop. Never to this place again.

Today is 04/18/25. Time of incident 10:45-10:55 am. I’m a truck driver and just stopped in to get some Burger King. I approached the counter, a young gentleman had just received his order and a woman and her child were standing to the side. There was an elderly heavy set woman behind the counter. She looks at me and doesn’t say a word. She then turns her back to me and proceeds to bag an order, so I thought. She places something in the bag then turns, looks at me and turns and says something to a young man beside her. By this time I had already decided that I wasn’t going to spend my money there, I’m just waiting to see how long before they even acknowledge my presence. The lady turns around again and give me a look like, “why are you just standing there?” I told her that I’m a customer waiting to place an order, I then asked her was that the best customer service she has. She threw her hands up all theatrical and ready to play the victim. I didn’t give her a chance. I turned around and walked out, back to my truck, where I am now preparing my own food. Burger King will NEVER see a penny of these OTR hard earned dollars from me…

DO NOT purchase food from ANY of these rest stops along the Thruway! Whether it be from a food place or from "Applegreen". Their prices are INSANE!!! Now, if you just simply want to throw away your money paying double and triple the NORMAL retail price - then by all means - GO AHEAD! 🤬🤬🤬🤯😱
