I ordered kids meal for my child and they don’t have either a toy nor book staff didn’t even know they should have that

It was at a stop on a toll road. There were other eateries there, too. There was a long line for this one, and I could understand why. I got a market chicken salad. It was phenomenal. It had so many different fruits. So delicious! The drink was okay. It was a tropical blend.

I don't know who's idea it was to install, on the busiest stretch of highway in the state north of NYC, a bunch of rest stops populated by a controversial business that is notoriously closed on the busiest travel day of the week, but that person or persons should be removed from their position(s). And you wonder why NYS has a reputation for having such stupid politics/policy?

Also, you can't put the sauce *on* the sandwich? GTFOOH.

This chick fil a “opens” at 7 but don’t take order until 0730. Consistently late. Makes the 3rd time now of “they won’t start serving for another 15 minutes”

I ordered a regular chick fil a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise only. When I opened it up, the lettuce was very, very old and they put pickles on my sandwich.

Very good food and very good for nutritional items and able to count calories well. Great chicken and sauces. I do miss the honey pimento sandwich

Totally disappointed! My first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A. And I will never go back. I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets. When I got them they had three decent-looking pieces on top. Underneath those pieces which actually did not taste good at all, was a mess of something that looked like they cleaned the grill with. It looked disgusting. My friend ordered a baconator. That came with no bacon on it (imagine that). They also had to remake the fries because picking up the bag to hand to me it ripped and the fries fell out everywhere. So as they are remaking the fries my chicken nuggets and his Burger without the bacon on it or sitting in the bag getting cold. Once I went back up there with the baconator which had no bacon they just took it and put bacon on it still leaving the burger cold from sitting there waiting for the fries to get cooked. As I said this was my first experience and my last. Total disappointment completely Chick-fil-A. I do not even wish to receive anything that says free anything we are sorry because I will not even try it again for free. Hopefully this will get straightened out and it doesn't happen to many more people.

I fought even trying for years because of their politics, but once they toned the hate down I gave it a try and I do love it a bit. I don't care for the fries, they tend to be dry & bland. But the chicken is another story. Love the nugs & sandwiches, but the sauce is what makes it to be honest. That chick fil a sauce is unbeatable. This particular one: the staff has always been nice, never an issue. There can definitely be a wait at times, but that's due to them being swamped, & they actually do a good job of keeping up under the circumstances. Other times it's empty. Depends on travel days & times. Usually pretty clean.
