Under new ownership. Sort the Google reviews by looking at newest first. Almost all of them are 1 star, and the owner even went into some reviews to say "go somewhere else." Also if you know all the other area restaurants; word is out they (Giacobbe Restaurant Group) aren't paying their bills. And their other joint "Italian Feast" is literally the worst Italian food in the entire county. Save your money and go to Empire Diner, Ruggieros, Beardsley Castle, Mangia Maccarino, Parkside Drive-In, or Bella Vista. The old Copper Moose we all loved to pieces and looked forward to going to every weekend - that's gone now; replaced by restaurant from hell.

Terrible presentation for service. I realize that every business is short staffed, but we were there at 700 on a Friday evening, and there was only 1 waitress....and she was overly rude. The Italian place down the road had at least 5 servers, a hostess, and a bartender, and got our $600 meal and bar tab.

I dined here with a friend. First time for both of us. We got there just as they opened and there was only 3 other customers at another table. The place has a great atmosphere. And it looked very clean. My friend ordered a burger and fries I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. Each of us ordered a beer. The beers were not as cold as they should’ve been. The meal also took a while to get not sure what took so long since the place was not crowded. The waitress explained to us afterward that they were overrun with take out orders and that there was only one cook. I would’ve thought the meals dining in would’ve taken priority over takeout. When we finally got our meals they were good and they gave us a good portion size . But they did forget the grated Parmesan cheese on my salad. It would’ve tasted better with it. I would probably try this place again but may be on a different night when they have a little more staff available.

Haven't had a meal here since sold to new owner. Ordered chardonnay, didn't have. Beer husband ordered, came with a half glass as they ran out. Said they have hand cut fries, maybe frozen hand cut. No malt vinegar. Was not asked how we like burgers cooked. Really miss the way it used to be!

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Ashley, and Evonnah and the kindest people you will ever meet. There's not a tike I show up and they aren't so great and helpful. You can be seated wherever you like. They menu is new and fresh. Definitely recommend. Don't forget to Tip the staff. Amazing people!!

Came for the buy a burger and get the second one 50% off. We had great food as usual. The service was wonderful also. Beer selection and the hard cider selection were also impressive.

So far we have been here an hour and we still have not received our order. It took 30 min to get a glass of beer. The waitress said the problem was with the bartender. There were only 5 people at the bar. Our waitress just came by to check on us after 30 min to see if we needed drinks. This is unacceptable for a restaurant with less than 25 customers. This is our first time here under the Management. We came here often under the original owner. I have seen this place packed to the rafters with customers and the service was fast and on the spot. This "new" Copper Moose is a very sad version.

Ordered from doordash. Chicken wings, salad and a burger. The wings were good I liked them alot. The burger was good. But the salad was a head of lettuce cut in quarters. You can not wash lettuce as a whole. I could taste the dirt flavour as I was eating it. Went in the trash. And jumbo chicken wings?? They were small. Don't fall for it. They did taste good though. Overall, I like the wings and burger. Salad is sketchy. I would recommend eating there..

its not the same anymore.we had reservations for 6:30. at 5:45 they let a group of walk ins take the only large table that was empty a mere 45 minutes prior to our reservation time. I know this because we were there early, 5:15, to sample some of the craft beer waiting at the bar for the other 4 and the baby to arrive, they had to drive 45 minutes to get there, everyone was there by 6:30, our reservation time.the operations manager was very defensive, scolding us, the server started to yell at one in our party because we wanted an explanation on what happened and an answer to how much longer we'd have to wait. we waited til 7 and the walk in table hadnt even been served their food yet. Still no other empty tables large enough to accomodate 6+baby.on top of that it was Happy Hour from 5-7 and we were charged full price for our drinks. we left after voicing our concerns and got nothing but attitude and "I'm sorry you feel that way" from the Ops mgr. she said 45 minutes was enough time in her opinion for the walk ins to be served and the table to be free for us, well it wasnt.I dont think Ive ever seen such inept, unprofessional ,and disorganized chaos in my life. Apparently they dont check the reservation sheet, eventhough when you walk in there's a sign asking you to wait to be seated.the new people who run this once favorite place lost good customers. We went elsewhere and spent over 225.00 for a great meal, drinks, and dessert. Never again.and reading the recent defensive and RUDE response from the mgmt to other reviewers I know for sure we wont be going back. this is a sure guarantee they wont be coming back. no offer to comp a meal or an apology, just go elsewhere if you don't like it. they wont stay open long. don't take reservations if you can't honor them!

I wanted to give this restaurant a fair shake, but I don't even know where to begin... Reservations were made days prior. Upon arrival, they openly told us our table was mistakingly given away to walk-ins. No accommodations were offered, instead we had to inquire as our whole party stood awkwardly standing. The on-site Manger with a very disgruntled attitude, offered for our party to be spit up or to wait for an opening. Never even apologized. We even told her we all drove an hour to get there and she had the nerve to say "everyone in here came from somewhere". Truly mind blowing to say the least. There were 2 servers, one who was kind enough in her attempts to strategize and the other who followed her deplorable "oh well" manager's attitude. Upon waiting at the bar and attempting to order a drink, we were advised (by the manager) only beverages that can be opened from a bottle or poured from the tap are being served because there was no bartender. This was surprising to say the least. Shouldn't the restaurant manager know the ins and outs of a restaurant, including the profitable part of a business- the bar?! Even while sitting at the bar there were endless inquiries from surrounding patrons about the prolonged food orders and wait time. The icing on the cake was watching the manager walk out from behind the bar wearing flip flops with dirty feet. At that point, it was definitely time for our departure. I would have loved my review to have included the food under normal circumstances, but unfortunately due to the lack of the integrity of incredibly poor management/ownership and hostile customers service, it will forever be unmet.

they failed epically. gave our reserved table away. we were a party of 6. this place has 2 tables that would accomodate 6 people, the rest are 2 person booths. the manager let walk ins, 8 people, have our reserved table 45 minutes before we were to arrive. the service was slow because the place was full. we arrive at our reservation time to a full restaurant, got attitudee an no apology about their blunder. wewere asked to wait til 7 . reservation was for 6:30. we waited til 7 and the tble that was to be ours hadnt even been served their meal. the manager was rude and unapologetic.... we left and went elsewhere. we spent 235.00 for drinks, apps, entrees and desserts. Copper Moose missed out. we wont go back. this is a new owner and man they are ruining what used to be a great restaurant. I'm seeing recent bad reviews on several platforms. Sad.

This place was great! We had dinner here on an Erie Canal bike tour and were so totally refreshed by the great beer and food. This was only eclipsed by the great serving staff. We wish them well and hope for all success. Worth a stop!

Stopped here for dinner on our way home. We were blown away! Good service and the food was amazing! The leftovers were sweet too! ?

Excellent food and service. We had a few modification requests for the chicken sandwich. No problem for the kitchen staff. Great meal, good price, plenty of beer selections on draft. Bring your cash, no credit is accepted.

We were seated and waited ten minutes to be approached by a waitress and be handed menus. They were not very busy and two waitresses were standing off to the side doing nothing while we waited ten minutes. It took an additional ten minutes to receive our drinks from the bar even though the bartender had no other drink orders and stood around doing nothing for the majority of that time. My meal came with an order of sidewinder fries, but the kitchen had run out and neglected to tell the waitress when my meal was delivered without the accompanied item. The waitress was kind enough to include a free appetizer for the kitchen's mistake. When we got the bill, only then were we told it was cash only. There were no signs in the restaurant, nor on the door, and there was no indication on the menu either. I only use a credit card and was lucky that my other dining partners had cash. This was a bad experience and we won't be returning. It's sad too. The last time we visited this place two years ago, it was a great spot to eat at. Apparently they've changed and for the worse.
