Service was extremely slow, appetizer was cold had to be sent back. The arancini was horrible, the main dish was delivered to one in the party not what they ordered. Got so disgusted just asked for containers and left. Will never go back!
Food is usually amazing but this food was made with such little care, absolutely disgusting. Brown dirty lettuce in the salad. NO CHICKEN in a GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD. The wings old and drowned in sauce. The girl (I believe her name is Abby) was so rude and had a horrible attitude both over the phone and at pick up. Gigi’s usually always delivers but I don’t know who they had on staff this day because atrocious compared to their usual stuff.

We stopped in for a bite to eat while passing through and were sadly disappointed with the experience. When we arrived there was a reserved party going on in the front so we were seated in a back dining room on what seemed like an old stage. That was ok, and the young lady who served us was new and learning the job so this review has nothing to do with her. She was very kind and attentive, and we left her a substantial tip in spite of the food.
The food: I ordered the Reuben Rolls and Chicken Parmesan, my girlfriend got the eggplant parmesan. The Reuben Rolls were burned when I got them and I was surprised anyone would have allowed them to leave the kitchen. I sent them back and got some others that were less burned but not before a very defensive manager(?) asserted that they needed to be burned on the outside in order for the inside to not be cold inside? They were barely edible. Next up, chicken Parm... These were thick chicken breasts served on top of a pile of pasta. These were not properly prepared, the chicken was thick and rubbery, ....and the sauce... The sauce was an abomination that looked and tasted like somebody warmed a can of diced tomatoes, water and all, and dumped it on the plate. It was chunky, watery and flavorless. Again I was surprised anyone would allow that to be served. Onto the eggplant parmesan. A goopy pile of eggplant-flavored breadcrumbs soaked in that same watery sauce. Inedible and an affront to Italian cuisine, like everything else here. I'd be embarrassed to serve it at a soup kitchen for the homeless.
I am very certain that this is the worst Italian meal I've ever had in my 57 years and I strongly suggest you not waste your money here.

By far the most disappointing dinner I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Was there for almost 2 hours, my husband’s appetizer came out 20-30 minutes before mine did (he got a salad, I got a soup). We both got the chicken parm and it was bland with barely any breading on it, pasta was cold and overcooked and the sauce tasted like it was water with a hint of tomato. The most flavorful thing on the plate was the cheese. The “lemonade” I had tasted like water that a lemon flirted with then had some sugar packets sprinkled in. Will not be returning and I’m shocked at the amount of positive reviews they have.

We found it by accident. It was amazing. It's worth making a trip for the food.

You get more food then you think! One can easily make 2-3 meals out of one dish. Simply delicious!!! Don’t forget dessert! The perfect atmosphere has you feel like you’re right at home with a delicious, homemade meal.
Ordered wings and a small antipasto to go for me and my buddy.
Antipasto was good, but the wings were small, and some were oddly shaped. The medium and garlic parm sauces were good, but the wings could have been larger and not so unappealingly deformed. But we were hungry and ate the normal looking ones.
For $50 for 2 orders of wings and a small antipasto, I am not sure I would do it again.

While travelling in the area, we stopped in to have a pizza, very clean and welcoming by fellow customers and staff. Our pizza was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely be back and suggest to friends to go there also!

Was here for a funeral luncheon. It was the perfect place for our family to gather for a solemn day. The food was amazing and the staff very attentive. Just wish I lived closer, this would be a weekly visit.
