My family and I were renting the “Adirondack Abode” Airbnb in Dolgeville, and found this family-owned restaurant nearby. The atmosphere is cozy, it’s super clean, and the food is fantastic. Their pizza dough is homemade at the restaurant and so tasty. We were very impressed. We highly recommend!

We had a table of 14 and everything was excellent! We had a mix of pizza, wings, pasta dishes, chicken fingers and everyone's food was served hot and all food came out at the same time. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere perfect! I highly recommend GiGi's... you won't be disappointed!

Super friendly staff! They helped entertain my antsy 3 year old by allowing him to sing karaoke. Food was great also!
Sometimes it is very good pizza, other times not so much. Tonight it was dry and overcooked, the crust tasted strange (can't quite put my finger on it but it was disconcerting, tasted somewhat stale or old, I was afraid to eat more), and the ranch dressing on my CBR was almost entirely on 2 of the 16 square pieces in one big splotch. There was clearly no care at all, no concern with quality. We only ended up eating one piece each and got rid of the rest.
It sucks because when it is good it is very good, but I'm not a gambler... I don't go to casinos or play the lottery and I don't like gambling on dinner either. If your consistency was better and it wasn't always a guess whether or not you were delivering I'd order from you much more often. My last experience wasn't great either and it's been a while since then, gave you another chance and was disappointed again.
I'm not trying to be mean I'm trying to help because I WANT your good pizza that I've had in the past, but that wasn't what I got tonight. Please get your act together guys. I mean it's just pizza... it's not complicated. When I make a mistake at work it can cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars (and I have before). We also develop active perimeter defense systems for US military contractors, I could end up getting US soldiers killed... but this is JUST PIZZA... If you overcook something tell us it will be late and make it again. Take 3 extra seconds and make sure the toppings are spread evenly over the entire pie! Can I redistribute the toppings and sauce myself? Sure... but should I have to? Absolutely not... and I'd rather have late food than food I spend $25 on and then throw away after eating 1 piece.
Look, it's you or Ed's and some of Ed's delivery drivers try to steal from me (and my neighbor as well) with the tip button on their phones when I pay with card... the bar isn't that high but right now it's a toss-up and the result has been that I've just been ordering a lot less pizza over the last several months.

Last week I finally got to try Gigis. I ordered Fish A LA Feast - Amazing. I don't care for the spaghetti / sauce. It was missing something. This week I ordered Fish Parmigiana - nope. If you like their Fish Aa LA Feast, order early because it goes fast. I gave mine to Chet because... well that's me. I waited longer this time which I don't mind. I think it was the owner that sent me home with a meatball and a sausage. ? Super nice people though. Little Falls New York ?
