Absolutely rudeness. I asked for our food to be at least a little warm because the week before, every single thing we ordered was ice cold and the people at both windows were beyond rude. Also ordered an Oreo flurry that ended up being an m&m flurry ( which I don’t like at all). I’m so sick of this place. Do not see how it is still open at all. My rate on this place is definitely a -10

Got my order at drive+thru today. No lids on the drinks. Asked for them, was told they don't have any and the person taking my order was supposed to tell me. They didn't. Wouldn't have ordered if they had told me. One more place I won't bother with next time I'm passing through.

My order for chicken nuggets, fries, and a hi-c for my son took over 35 minutes to receive by doing curb-side…. Food was cold.. highly recommend AVOIDING this McDonald’s. Customer service is terrible.

Cold soggy fries. Cold nuggets. Chicken sandwich old and soggy. They got the packet of honey mustard right. Biggest disappointment is the crappy fries.

Went for breakfast and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits along with chicken sandwiches and we received 3 bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese on a McGriddle. If you’re going to work there get the order right this is ridiculous every time we go here the order is messed up, or they don’t have the ingredients and just don’t make it at all.

Sometimes it's just impossible to order here. The people running the drive through don't know what they're doing and you can't order a normal cup of water. I asked for water as my drink with the meal, and I was told I HAD to get the bottled water, otherwise I had to get soda. I only come here when I really need a quick meal, but I might come even less now

Refused to give me my order because we had 2 mobile orders. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru to take my order, when I got to the pick up window they told me I had to go to the back of the drive thru line to pick up my 2nd order. So, if I had 4 people with mobile orders, they would want me to go through the drive thru 4 times. Then the MOD (Craig), who was in a maintenance uniform, said that is the managers policy. Bad policy.
I'm 14 and this is my first review and I hate to say it's a bad review. I ordered a mcflurry and waited about 45 minutes. The guy said it was not working and yet he didn't even look at it. Him and 3 other employees were the only ones there and to top that off they just stood around talking loudly swearing and laughing. When I got the mcflurry it was melted and had a black piece of girl hair in it. The fries were burnt and too salty. I ordered 20 nuggets and only got 16. No sweet and sour sauce was in the bag when I literally asked if it was in there. The black guy who was at the counter looked at me and made faces and said just wait a minute in a snotty voice when i asked for ketchup packets. When I went to use the bathroom there was puke dust and pee on the floor. 2 employees were vaping in the kitchen. Never go there. Flies were everywhere. Dust and dirt was on the floor cigarettes were on the floor in the bathroom. Never go there. It's disgusting.
Parking: When we went there we parked on the street because all spots were taken.
Kid-friendliness: There kid friendliness sucks. 2 kids ahead of me got snapped at because they asked for sauce.

Go to get food at McDonalds after swimming and this is the 4th week in a row that they get the order wrong. How hard is it to get 2 cheeseburgers with mayo only. 1st week get one with mayo and one with ketchup 2nd week one with 2 burgers on one bun with mayo and the other one with just cheese and mayo on a bun. 3rd week was one cheeseburger with mayo and the other one came with Big Mac sauce on it. Just went there tonight for his usual order of 2 cheeseburgers with mayo only. We get one with mayo and one with mayo and ketchup. Seriously how does this happen all the time.

Can't believe nobody is talking about the real problem: the lazy workers. They constantly claim they're out of stuff they can't be out of (like frappes)... and they're inconsistent with it too. Like... how can u be out of something and only 10 minutes later make it for someone else? They're so lazy, that it's actually sad. They've even said this for SODA.
edit: now they're lying about the 'frappe' machine being broken, just like the ice cream machine. Lmao. The blender is broken? Really? Wild since I seen them blend in it already! Will be reporting this McDonald's to the McDonald's corporation immediately. Clearly needs new management.
