This place is so dirty and the owner is not paying the electric bill and they have no help and they are so slow we been in the drive through for a hour this place need to shut down.

Went inside do to drive thru having a huge line and the gentleman in front of me told me he had been waiting 10 mins for someone to come to counter. I waited another 5 mins and nothing so I left. Terrible service

This mcdonalds is the worst. Waited at the second drive thru window for 17 mins, with no cars in front of me. When I got my food, it was all cold. ( I could see happy meal sitting on counter in front of me for 10 of those minutes). No one came to window to acknowledge or talk to me, hand me my drink, anything. Attitude of employee was terrible, food was terrible, service was terrible. I'll drive to another town's mcdonalds before I ever waste my time in little falls again

Absolutely rudeness. I asked for our food to be at least a little warm because the week before, every single thing we ordered was ice cold and the people at both windows were beyond rude. Also ordered an Oreo flurry that ended up being an m&m flurry ( which I don’t like at all). I’m so sick of this place. Do not see how it is still open at all. My rate on this place is definitely a -10

Got my order at drive+thru today. No lids on the drinks. Asked for them, was told they don't have any and the person taking my order was supposed to tell me. They didn't. Wouldn't have ordered if they had told me. One more place I won't bother with next time I'm passing through.
My order for chicken nuggets, fries, and a hi-c for my son took over 35 minutes to receive by doing curb-side…. Food was cold.. highly recommend AVOIDING this McDonald’s. Customer service is terrible.

Cold soggy fries. Cold nuggets. Chicken sandwich old and soggy. They got the packet of honey mustard right. Biggest disappointment is the crappy fries.

Went for breakfast and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits along with chicken sandwiches and we received 3 bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese on a McGriddle. If you’re going to work there get the order right this is ridiculous every time we go here the order is messed up, or they don’t have the ingredients and just don’t make it at all.

Sometimes it's just impossible to order here. The people running the drive through don't know what they're doing and you can't order a normal cup of water. I asked for water as my drink with the meal, and I was told I HAD to get the bottled water, otherwise I had to get soda. I only come here when I really need a quick meal, but I might come even less now
