Drive through order wasn't correct as usual. Got home to find that the hasbrowns were most likely from the day before. Not edible. The Egg McMuffin was like biting into rubber. The Sausage McMuffin with egg was burnt. I used the 20% off App code, but since they didn't get the order correct I ended up spending more. Employees looked like they all just rolled out of bed. Not impressed at all.

I don't like giving a bad rating. But this place Palatine Bridge NY has gone downhill. The fries have been either cold or over cooked. So over cooked that they snap and crunch. The workers are slow and act like they could careless. There are 2 or 3 workers that I can actually say like their job. The older workers who are around 38 years old and above are usually great. There is ALWAYS a long line and you could be waiting 30 minutes to get to the window for the food. I'm usually crunched for time. Sitting in the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes leaves 5 to 10 minutes to eat and sometimes not at all until I get home after work.Kid-friendliness: My grand children love the happy meals.
I had breakfast here a few times. I ordered from the kiosk each time.The first time the staff brought it right to my table on a tray. The other times they were more concerned with the drive through orders and didn't seem to care as much about people who walk in. They put my order in a paper bag and set it on the take out shelf when clearly I ordered dine-in. Pay attention to details please.
Associates are friendly, but the timed service is far from what it used to be. Had to wait about 5mins. At the drive through with noone in front of me today, before I had to ask the gentleman taking garbage out if the drivethru was working. His response was " They are probably busy inside...sorry". Is waiting so long the new normal for McDonalds, or just this location? Definitely doesn't feel like fast food anymore.
