The only reason they got a 4 instead of a 5 rating. Cause had to wait for someone to come to the counter to see they had customers. And there were two of them working that day. Some days ppl don't have the time to stand around and wait to get service, but that day they almost lost two customers. Me and another lady.

Filled both my drinks halfway, missed the strawberries on the strawberry drink. Probably probably lost around $4 of drink across the two. Ordering line area and pickup line was difficult to figure out.

Vry bad no have manners ______???? If you say to this guys no ice in XL Cup they guys give you only half cup ___if you want fillup full XL cup without ice they charge you again 6$

I always stop at the Starbucks on the thruway. It’s definitely a bit pricey but their breakfast sandwiches are really good. I read some other reviews and I have never had to wait but maybe I’m just coming at the right time.
Parking: Service area lots off parking gets tight for semi trucks
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to weakest coffee I have ever had exceptionally long waits witnessed many wrong orders including my own

I came at 7:50 pm to get a drink and they stated they were closed? I thought it was 8 pm. Very disappointed!

VERY SLOW SERVICE… waited in line for about 5 minutes before anyone took my order with one person ahead of me… 5 workers just standing around talking while people standing in line waiting behind me after the lady help the guy in front of me she walked away not even taking my order…it took them about 25 minutes total to take my order and give me my two coffees.. poor service..!! 06/07/23
