Food is fresh and really good, but on the weekdays, food could be stale since they can’t waste food and make new food.

Well run and overall a very clean buffet. There is a large parking lot for this place and it's conveniently located on Northern Blvd. The lunch buffet is different from the evening service as the evening is more seafood heavy. Sushi, Udon, ramen, and all kinds of meats are ordered all day. There's even a decent salad bar for those who want their greens and tofu.
