Great place for a quick bite! Salads and soups are delicious! The black forest ham sandwich is really good! Mac and cheese and creamy tomato soup are my go to. During the summer the lobster roll is delicious!

Panera Bread has been my favorite place to have coffee and lunch, but during my recent visits the bread for sandwiches was extremely hard to chew. (don't mention the horrible French Baguette) I don't want my teeth to get hurt and spend a big fortune to see a dentist. I don't know whether the young kids there don't know how to prepare food or they just no longer have fresh bread to use. I hate to cross the store off on my favorite list. Only coffee from now on!

No attention to detail. Order extra eggs, extra tomato, extra spinach but the server ignores the details. When confronted, she tried to say I have to pay extra, until she read the receipt. No regretful sorry, not even a smile. Parents, please teach your kids the right way.
Ordered from here because I have Covid and the kids needed dinner. Spent $120 and They FORGOT my daughter’s dinner and when i called, the manager couldn’t care less! THEN he actually hung up on me! I have never been treated with such disrespect and was horrified. Needless to say I would never order again. Very disappointed because all of my kids love Panera bread. SHAME ON YOU

don't bother to use the app to order just a cup here. this is the 6th time I tried and I had to beg at the counter for my cup. they had to type my name in... really challenging who I wasthe manager blames my 6 time all on theft. highly unlikely... I'm sure they just don't bother to put them outto me thr whole 'sips' thing is a scam. at least this restaurant doesn't bother to fulfill them

Clean good but expensive. Cashiers are horrible. It always takes 15 minutes to order anything. Also there are never napkins in the bins to take. They’re always empty. Also I hate the paper straws.Parking: Always free parking
Panera bread is becoming my new favorite place to go. It's quiet, great food (that new goddess sandwich is unbelievably good). Food is fresh, nice atmosphere, eco-friendly. I love their soups and combos. If you have their app, you can find duet meals/combos for a special discounted price. Why I didn't give five stars, didn't have all soups in stock and couldn't substitute a different soup in for the one that was out of stock on the combo deals. If you get duet combo deals, check your receipt to make sure they charge the right discounted price. But I will definitely go back.
