Panera Bread has been my favorite place to have coffee and lunch, but during my recent visits the bread for sandwiches was extremely hard to chew. (don't mention the horrible French Baguette) I don't want my teeth to get hurt and spend a big fortune to see a dentist. I don't know whether the young kids there don't know how to prepare food or they just no longer have fresh bread to use. I hate to cross the store off on my favorite list. Only coffee from now on!
No attention to detail. Order extra eggs, extra tomato, extra spinach but the server ignores the details. When confronted, she tried to say I have to pay extra, until she read the receipt. No regretful sorry, not even a smile. Parents, please teach your kids the right way.

Great place for a quick bite! Salads and soups are delicious! The black forest ham sandwich is really good! Mac and cheese and creamy tomato soup are my go to. During the summer the lobster roll is delicious!
