Don't sleep on this new hot pot spot! Really solid soup bases (black pepper pork and chicken and herbal chicken are super tasty and light), and the meat and fish are very high quality. Shrimp paste was outstanding, too: meaty and melt-in-your-mouth soft, softer than anything I've had. Tihu holds its own with the big hot pot places, and we'll certainly be back!
We are fans of Tihu Hotpot & BBQ from our foodie friend’s recommendation. They served various sauce, sides, fruits and desserts on their hotpot bar with high quality. It’s definitely the best one we have ever had in NYC.They have both single or shared pot options available and we had Spicy Oil & Fish Maw Chicken Broth.
