The food was OK normal for the name of the place. The staff was friendly efficient however, if I would have seen this before I ordered, we would’ve never eaten here. This is one of our worst experiences at any Burger King ever. Location:Oswego Rd in Liverpool NY. We ordered 2 Whopper Meals and buns were stale, toppings were messy in wrapper and not on the burger itself and sandwiches were cold like they'd been sitting a longtime. Fries were hot and fresh. Very disappointed in our experience.
Fast and efficient service at this location. I occasionally have to wait for fresh food but nothing excessive, not even at lunch time. The staff here is always friendly unlike the location on Rt.31.
