Lunch rush sucks. The employees lollygag when the line is reaching around the corner. Sandwiches aren’t being made properly, and the wait is sometimes over 30 min. Customer service isn’t that great. People are better off visiting another branch

This is the burger I was served on my lunch break. The cheese is unrecognizable and the patty is hard. My break was over by the time I opened it so there was no going back but hey the person that wrapped this up and served it didn’t care. -1 stars for intentionally screwing a customer.

Decent pizza and reasonably priced soda. I never purchase milk at Byrne Dairy because it often went bad even before the expiration date. Decent gas price as well.

Came in at 3 am for breakfast and gas i was told that they dont put out food until 5am at this location (company policy sais 3 am I used to be an overnighter at electronics parkway) i was also told that they couldn't make me a sandwich because the deli is closed due to a small amount of extra work now added to their shift (again policy states the delivery is never closed if a customer asks) this location needs to fire its entire overnight staff and get competent workers

This is a long shot but I’m still going to review. I came to this location this morning “ 10/16/2025” and was met with the most unpleasant cashier. As I entered the store she was loudly complaining about her coworkers not taking out trash and doing their jobs well. When I approached the register to pay she was visibly annoyed by my presence. I asked for one of the breakfast sandwiches in the hot case and she then takes it out and throws it across the counter towards me. I usually stop at Mirabito for my early morning needs and will continue to do so after this interaction. That lady need a vacay asap!
This place was great up until about a month ago. I work evenings and get out around 10:30pm so when I want a bite to eat I stop there, it’s right on my way home. It was always the best deli. Everybody friendly and made excellent sandwiches. Since I’ve been in there in the last few weeks there’s always some kind of excuse as to why the deli is closed. We’re behind, we have no meat, our machines are off they’re being cleaned. (Never in the time I’ve ever been there did they clean the oven for hot subs between that time, ever-between 10:30-11:30). I’ll out of my way to go to Morgan Rd location instead.

Don’t even consider going to this Byrne Dairy. Most of the staff, including day manager is rude and seems to be just looking to pick a fight with a customer. God forbid you ask for a bigger scoop or a more fair sized portion, they’ll jump down your throat. Most of them ( not all) seem to be in a marijuana induced paranoid haze which slows down their work speed to SLO motion. Just go to one of the other Byrne Dairy stores where staff can treat a customer right!!
