Pretty good Dunkin service-wise but the drive-thru layout and curbs are like level 100 difficulty setting with that super tight 90° squared off turn. I'm not sure who designed and signed off on this but they must own stock in a tire store franchise.

Average Dunkin donuts. There's plenty of seating inside. However, the parking lot spaces when you first pull in were really tight to try and get kids in and out of car seats.

First of all I settled because my kid wanted it. I stopped shopping at DD years ago because it's garbage.

We pulled in and were second in line, the person in front of us left the drive-thru line. We waited about five whole minutes for them to take our order, and then sat at the window for another 5 minutes to get it.

While we were waiting at the order screen, an employee was leaving. Apparently, they were training two people and only one person of the three knew what they were doing. Not sure why the other one left during breakfast rush.

Being that you're in the center of Liverpool and it's a very busy spot, maybe not training people during the breakfast rush would be a good start? Also, wouldn't you ask that person to stay for an hour?

Yes there's all kinds of variables and things that could have gone wrong, but it seems like bad planning to me. Two people training with one trainer during breakfast time.

Hopefully they get it turned around but I probably won't be back anyway.

There was only two people working and they were extremely Pleasant could not believe it it was completely clean inside and I got my order quick

If I could give this location a zero I would. These people are extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I received a $50 gift card as a Christmas gift that they failed to activate. When I presented to the location with the receipt, they still would not give me another card. The managers Autumn was extremely rude, as was the assistant manager. They made me wait for weeks without a resolve and refused to give me the contact info. for their manager who was supposed to be working on it. This manager also refused to contact me although I made many requests.
They made me feel that I was lying or was trying to get a free gift card. The way that I was treated is no doubt because of the color of my skin. Here it is in March and I still haven't received the gift card or comp card promised by corporate for the mistake made by Dunkin's employees. I will no longer spend my money with Dunkin, where I have previously patronized daily.

This is probably the worst Dunkin location. They never have hot drinks. It is especially irritating when you order ahead on the app to then be told when you arrive that they can't make anything in your order. Get it together. Do better.

Don't know why I ever come to this Dunkin. 20 min wait minimum inside or drive through. Chronic understaffed and slow workers

Every time I come to this Dunkin I get a hot chocolate and am asked if I want whip cream I always say no and it is always given to me with whip cream, how hard is it to not add whip cream if the customer states they don’t want it.

Never know what your going to get.. either your coffee isnt made rite or your food is stale or cold (never had a hard croissant until this Dunkin)...or you sit and wait in line for a loooonnnggg time just to get to the window and its a bunch of kids in there playin around having the time of their lives while the line is out to the street...been coming here since they opened and I miss the old staff..they had it down to a science..I guess nothing lasts forever🙄🤷🏽‍♀️ time to find another Dunkin

Every day during the week they open at 4:30 am. To start serving customers. 3 times this week I’ve arrived at 4:30 am like every day to get my simple coffee and they have gotten on there speaker to tell me at 4:35 that the workers had just gotten there and would not be ready to serve for another 20 minutes. This is a common thing with this location. They shouldn’t open at 4:30 am if they are never ready to actually serve the people looking for a fresh cup of coffee at that time.
