Service is a hit or miss here. Been a few times and Emma always goes above and beyond for me and is such a lovely human. Madi on the other hand gave me attitude for asking for my coffee to be stirred; said it was against Dunkin’s policy since I didn’t get a syrup? I don’t know what that’s about but she was very rude about it.

Love dunkin but some locations are friendlier then others. But I do know how busy they are so cudose to the workers for trying to keep the drive thru speedy and efficient.

Went through drive thru to get a single box of hot chocolate for the kids. Was told I had to come in, they couldn’t do it through the drive thru because the manager disabled the button because it takes too long. It took longer to get out of the car then it did too get the box. Very inconvenient. Could understand multiple boxes, but one on a slow night? Plus no cups offered. Also who uses Splenda in hot coco?

I work in the village and usually stop at this Dunkin’ before heading in in the mornings!They are so sweet, usually remember me and even write “Have a great day” on my coffee sometimes! What great people work here! I hope they know they are the backbone to so many people’s days. Coffee is how many people behind their day and how lucky to have such kind enthusiastic people to come across first thing ❤️Vegetarian options: Oat Milk / Almond Milk / Vegan Syrups / Hashbrowns/ Avacado Toast/ BagelsDietary restrictions: I am vegan and they always accommodate me!

Came in the morning when they were busy, but they have a kiosk at the counter so you don't have to wait for an employee to come over and you get your food faster.Dietary restrictions: No real sugar free options for drinks

I seldom come to DD but did so this morning and ordered two donuts and a hot chocolate. The young man at the window was gracious and polite, gave me my bag of donuts and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no and he promptly walked away. I assumed he forgot the rest of the order and when I couldn’t get his attention, I waited until someone came to the window a few minutes later. I mentioned how I think my drink was forgottenand this miserable woman proceeded to tell me that it was coming, rolled her eyes and walked away as if I should have known that it was being made. She was incredibly rude and when I asked why she had an attitude I was informed that they’re very short staffed, he was new, and she has been traveling all over the place. I’m sorry, but that is no excuse for poor customer services, especially when it wasn’t warranted. Mind you, there was one car in front of me and none behind me. If this is how customers are treated during a slightly busy day, I can’t image how they’re treated when it’s rush time.

Food is normal Dunkin food, which is good. Hard to bring a pickup truck through the drive thru lane. Very tight curbs and corners. The service was outstanding like it always is.
