We were a large party of 6, we all ordered something different. The service was fast and friendly. A very efficient operation and fun atmosphere. The onion rings were chefs💋 and the coney was fantastic. Matt went above and beyond with service with a smile and fun disposition. We'd definitely go back.

Is very good and very tasty food. Employees r nice and they r very friendly too. Would love to go here everyday but I don’t have the money to do so.

Dairy free options

Not the same as it once was... employees are grumpy. Food is good because Hoffman's are good, but, it's that same old building, and the prices go up... needs a facelift and some new spirit.

Update, tried one last time... First off they didn't get the order correct and I went without a small fry. Because I wasn't waiting in line for fries to be made. Secondly and most important, the prices are just outrageous. $20 for one person's lunch is absolutely ridiculous. $3.25 for a small fountain soda, $2.25 for half a pickle, and over $7 for a hot dog with toppings on it..
I could buy a whole bag of hot dogs, the whole package of rolls, and all of the times and still be less than $20.
ThIs time the folks were pleasant but still didn't listen to get the order correct. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Used to love this place but nostalgia doesn't make sense anymore. It wasn't that good.

I went there with my daughter in law and my 1 yr old grandson. The food tasted at best average and the service was ok but later on both my daughter in law as well as myself got so sick. She was puking for about 6 hrs and I had problems coming from the other direction. I will never ever eat here again

This place is well organized with a limited menu and great service. If you like hot dogs and ice cream then this is the place.

Wholly unimpressive. Certainly some type of nostalgia effect here, or maybe it’s just a gag I’m not in on. Shocking that something a presentation so substantial could be so mediocre. Sausage was OK. Everything else must have come from a can. $23 (incl. tip). Emblematic of Syracuse.

Fantastic hot dogs. They have this down to an art. Everything was so efficient! Workers were friendly. Awesome onion rings, and I got the Texas hot dog and it was amazing. Best dog I've had in quite a while!

Got the Umami dog and onion rings. All the food was good, but a little pricey ($20+ for 2 hot dogs and o-rings). Service was quick and friendly.
