Delivery drivers avoid this location. I’ve been here many times and there is always an issue. Staff is completely lost and incompetent. They’re mistakes cause me to lose money. I will no longer be doing business with this place. If you own this location and you’re reading this, no wonder why you’re losing your investment. Do better.

Soon after opening I ordered a chicken pot pie. Got home to a dry inside. This happened twice last summer. Returned knowing I didn't want pot pie again but was assured by small framed short lady that she was new manager and she guaranteed a juicy pot pie and it was. Took a chance again last week ant the crust was tough and dark brown like it had been sitting under light all day and dry inside. Attempted an 8 PC dinner tonight this evening. Biscuit hard as brick. Wings tiny and hard and cold gravy and potatoes. Will never return to that location.

This KFC was great when it first opened, the franchise owner/management seemed to care but they no longer do. Today this location forgot my fries and dipping sauces for my tenders. Everything was correct on the receipt and the bag was adhesive sealed for a mobile order so I didn’t find out I had missing items until I got home to pry the adhesive apart. (This isn’t the only time this has happened…) I’ve given this location several chances as this was the best KFC around when this location first opened but now… it continues to skimp on portions and disappoint

KFC needs to do better. I ordered five tenders, and these things are literally hard as a rock and hardly warm. Like I live down the street from the restaurant. Clearly these were over cooked to the point where they are dry and hard. I should’ve just went with my first mind and gone to Popeyes or gotten a power bowl from Taco Bell SMH. KFC has truly gone downhill.

Not a good experience ? I will not go to this one again.... this is the 3rd time we've gone there, and each time something was awful...the food was lukewarm, chicken was barely warm, and the side dishes were only warm..very ☹️!

Ordered drive-though, big bucket $31 dollars. Get home, no freaking gravy. Tried calling, 2X, didn't pick up/no answer.Ohh FYI, they don't offer a military discount.

Went to pick 10 piece bucket for kids party. They shorted me 2 piece of chicken. I guess knowing how to count is not a job requirement, therefore some of the kids will have to starve. Terrible customer service.
