Soon after opening I ordered a chicken pot pie. Got home to a dry inside. This happened twice last summer. Returned knowing I didn't want pot pie again but was assured by small framed short lady that she was new manager and she guaranteed a juicy pot pie and it was. This KFC was great when it first opened, the franchise owner/management seemed to care but they no longer do. Today this location forgot my fries and dipping sauces for my tenders. Everything was correct on the receipt and the bag was adhesive sealed for a mobile order so I didn’t find out I had missing items until I got home to pry the adhesive apart. Delivery drivers avoid this location. I’ve been here many times and there is always an issue. Staff is completely lost and incompetent. They’re mistakes cause me to lose money. I will no longer be doing business with this place. If you own this location and you’re reading this, no wonder why you’re losing your investment. Do better.
