I have gone to this KFC for pickup orders three times in the last year. The restaurant is usually empty and there usually are 2-3 employees working. I try to arrive for the estimated time given by the website, but I usually have to wait for another five minutes, one time I had to wait for ten as they had not started the order yet. The food is good, but every single time I get home with the order, we have not gotten the extra biscuits we ordered. They're not the most expensive...

Food is great, IMO. Pretty standard for KFC, and I know some folks will shout praise about Popeyes being better, but I think KFC's Extra Crispy is really good. Just say no to Original Recipe. 🙃
Inside is very nicely decorated, and always clean. Photo attached of the main counter area. The wet floor signs are there because there were 4 inches of snow that day, though I suppose some might argue they should get some floor mats instead. But it seemed fine.

Not a good experience ? I will not go to this one again.... this is the 3rd time we've gone there, and each time something was awful...the food was lukewarm, chicken was barely warm, and the side dishes were only warm..very ☹️!
