customer service here was very amazing.
I go to this McDonalds (3869 NY-31, Liverpool) every other Sunday to buy 3 coffees for a family brunch. There is a young lady there named Ada who has waited on me at the front counter a number of times. This Sunday (07/05) she was not working the front counter but saw me ordering and made eye contact. She went to to coffee makers and started a fresh pot of coffee and set up 3 cups. She had not heard me order but she knew what I was getting and started the process in the back....read full review
