Best subway in the area! Went there like a week ago, and the man that made our subs was great! He took his time and didn't just slap it together like most do, and was very friendly. Definitely the one to go to if you live around here!

Can not believe how far Subway has fallen. Worst experience ever. Ordered sub via AP-never again. Things looked all good until we never got notice that subs were being prepared. We assumed it was an AP issue until my husband showed up for the 'curbside' pickup. He waited in his car while he realized he was watching the employee outside smoking while on his phone. My husband thought the employee was approaching him to get his name for order as the employee passed by still talking on his phone. My husband got out of car approached employee (because there was no one else inside subway) and asked about our order. The employee said 'oh yeah' as my husband walked towards door the employee still on phone came in and finally asked what we wanted for 2nd sub. I clearly had ordered 2 because it was BOGO special but they were out of meatballs (at 4:30 pm on a Fri night!!) and never told us so we had to order something else in store anyways. The sub bread was hard as a rock when we got home-had to take everything out and put in bread at home. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We will never go back especially to Taft road store in Liverpool NY.

Prices are outrageous now, subway was always reasonably priced, almost $40 for just 3 subs, no drinks or sides. Boy I miss the days of $5 footlongs.

We ordered online for an in-store pick up. It was supposed to be ready at 2:10. I waited almost an hour until I finally got up to the counter and the girl working there said she hasn't made any online orders because they are not priority. She was extremely rude and gave an attitude about this. She finally made my order and then we got home and there was 6 measly pieces of meat on a footlong sub. Will think twice before coming to this subway again.

little girl working the counter was extremely rude. ordered a sub for curbside, waited 15 minutes after it was marked ready and went inside to ask for it. She immediately gave me an attitude, said “i’ve been busy” (saw literally one customer go inside in the span of 20 minutes), and accused me of honking my horn at her in the parking lot????

Honestly, probably the best subway I’ve ever HAD. Our sandwiches were topped to the brim. Gracie did a fantastic job with order! Highly recommend.

I orderd online at 8:50 food was ready by 9:15 i got to the store and the lady locked the door. I told her i had placed a order and her response was “oh well im not making anymore subs” and ignored me. The crazy thing is the app said your food is ready. How tf is that possible. Never again. And that was gonna be my lunch for my 14 overnight shift

Has been consistently out of cookies, certain meats and breads every time i’ve gone in the past 3 months, which has been more than 5 times. All other subways in the area have them when I order, so it’s pretty strange that that’s happening.
