I normally like Tullys, however, the last few times I called to order takeout and I get put on hold for a long time. After 8 minutes on hold today, I hung up. I also understand the people are busy, but the last ti.e at this location, the to go server was chatting with someone at the bar for 5 minutes before walking over to get my order for me. The hostess told her I was waiting too. Twice.

You can really taste the good times in their chicken. We literally stop here for lunch every other time when we are on road trips to visit the family.

This place doesn't have fast service. Our waitress ignored us. We sat here for over an hour and got our food, which we ordered burgers, and they were burnt so bad. Won't be coming back here for the horrible service and burnt food.

Tried Tullys after it came recommended from some locals during my last visit to Syracuse.

Has a solid sports bar vibe. All the bartenders were friendly and the atmosphere was vibrant but not to noisey. My bartender jasmine was awesome.

The chicken tenders definitely met the hype. They were not the usual pre cooked crap from the freezer. They were hand breaded and fresh when they came out. The portion size was huge for the price. 2 people could easily split a dinner portion. The tenders were crispy and juicy and totally worth the visit. The fries were nothing to crazy but were good. If your traveling through and looking for a place with good food and laid back atmosphere, hit this place up.

Nice place .. I just don’t get the “ best chicken tenders “ thing.
I thought they were small, flavorless chicken tenders and the breading tasted like I was eating pieces of fish probably because they fry in same oil..
The wings I ordered were huge and tasty and well worth the price point.
I ordered takeout and the place was busy with a nice mix of people enjoying themselves.
Yes I would return when I’m in Syracuse area again but try something different to go with my delicious wings..

Good food, games on family was happy only issue was never got a drink refill sence we were first seated and when she finally brougt are refill a family 4 we were packaging are food left overs which didn't make sence I joked now we get them as we just packed up lol talk about late, they were busy tho! I can say id go back again
