Tiny place for some of the best food we’ve ever had! This place is amazing. We go there everywhere we vacation near Livingston Manor. Absolutely hits on all levels

I would have rated it higher if the food price wasn't so high. We expected better food for that price. The service was good but likewise on the money we paid, it could have been better. We had the flounder. While it was nicely done, we've eaten better for a lot less than the $40 charged for the fish. We had the Petit fillet. We ordered it medium rare but it was over done. Again, one would expect better for the price. The Miso Caesars salad was wierd covered with bread crumbs. It was plentiful with lots of cheese which my son liked.

This is easily the best restaurant in the area, and maybe even in NY. Erin’s food is incredible and Lily and the rest of the team make it feel like home.

My wife and I got food poisoning after dinner, hence up in the early hours writing this.I explained to the server that a number of the mussels that had been served smelt bad. She wasn’t particularly apologetic and I am not certain that she raised it to the chef’s attention as I had asked her to do (she asked me what I expected her to do about the situation). She did, however, say that we had the last of the mussels - so no risk to other customers. In hindsight, this probably explains why the portion was so small (we had about 10 mussels each, so not great value at 35 USD per portion).I regret going, I regret not stopping eating and regret leaving a tip.

Uninspired menu, small venue, zero ambiance.
