Very cool brewery. I need to come back to hike the Beer Mountain. Ample parking and seating both inside and out. The contemporary modern lodge feel inside is amazing.

11/3/24 u think there employees would promote the business they are working for but not at this place. I was inquiring about there restaurant week menu and was rudely told by this guy that he has to wait for the owners to come in and they can explain how it works. Being new to Neversink we’ve been to this brewery a few time already and food was mediocre at best and attitudes by workers have been poor. Sorry mo more money from me and our friends!

Well, this place is more than just a brewery. It is a destination in itself. I recommend coming an hour before they open and then hiking up the nearby beer mountain, which is part of their property. it is a pretty easy hike and you’ll reach the summit within 20 to 30 minutes, and the view from Top is pretty nice. By the time you climb down, you’ll develop an appetite and will be able to enjoy the beer and the food to the fullest. Well, we didn’t really try any food here, so I can’t comment on the food because we had lunch elsewhere, but I can tell you about the beer. I am not much of a beer drinker, so I was looking for some sort of sour beer, but they did not have any, so I went with the cider, which was really really good. my friends, who are much more enthusiastic, be connoisseurs, really like their IPA. But I think more than the beer, what makes this brewery Wonderful is the ambience. The main brewery itself is huge and very well decorated with a lot of natural light, but favourite areas are the outdoors which overlook the hills and during fall, it is such a spectacle to see the changing colours. They also have a bunch of games that you can play. We sat by the Fire side, and that was extremely nice. To be honest, I liked the beer at cat skill brewery a couple minutes away better but this wins hands down for the overall experience.

My first time here and was loved the environment: lots of tables outside, fireplace inside, dog friendly etc. I ordered food from a not so enthusiastic young lady. Once my food came, I found a long hair in my nachos. Naturally stopped eating and brought it back to the teen cashier. She could care less, no apologies. She told the older woman/chef and she says "hmm, I don't know how that could have gotten in there" and told the cashier to give me a refund. Very bad service!

Just came back home from eating with my Fiance and Daughter and wanted to make sure I left a review! This place is exactly what my family and I were looking for! Food was excellent, the vibe was great, the fire was perfect, and everyone was extremely helpful/friendly! Can't wait to come back during the day to see the views! Thanks for a wonderful evening and see you again soon!

Great place to look at. Had the cider and it was not good. Came with ten people, a majority 7/10 felt there beers were disappointing.

Food took a long time. All the seats were taken so it was understandable but an hour for food is pushing it. We all got our food sporadically since we were a large group.

Of the food the group ordered here are the reviews:
Tacos: 👍
Venison burger: 👍
Philly cheese steak: OK
Wings: OK
Fries: OK
Cod: 👎

Overall the atmosphere and decor is great, but that's about it. Food is hit or miss and most of the beers are not good.

Edit to Business owner:

People leave unfair reviews of places all the time. I think I provided plenty of context for my review and I can't imagine what it's like to receive an unfair review with no context. I think what I wrote above was fair, not insulting to you or to your staff or to anyone's intelligence. I can't say the same for your response though. It seems like you just want to be right and ignore all fair criticism. This is my honest thought.

If it's the busiest day of the year maybe you should have prepared more? How is my fault that it's a busy day for you? Is it no your job as the owner to foresee these things and adjust accordingly so that customers have a good experience? I understand that for a group of 10 things take time.

However, I don't think you're making incredibly difficult food.

We were a group of 10 people. We are all avid beer drinkers as well as brewery goers. This review is a review of not just my consideration, but nine other people. Most of, if not all, were disappointed with the beer. Congratulations on your awards but I did not not have award-winning beer.

If you disagree that strongly my review which Is my opinion of the experience that I had that maybe you should leave your own review for your own places.

I don't feel anything I said was "such drama" as you put it. In fact, I would argue that a lot of your responses to one to three star reviews are very dramatic. It seems like you can't handle criticism. You have a 4.7 rating on Google reviews. That's great, and you should be proud of that. No one is perfect and I felt that my experience was subpar. That happens in any business and I know that from experience. Regardless of what kind of business it is, things like this happen.

It seems you have a very popular business again with your reviews and the place was full. I'm sure a lot of people liked it and I didn't. And that's okay. However, you've completely turned me off to your brewery. Rather than acknowledging or addressing my issues again, you ignored them and just wanted to be right in the situation.

Edit again:
You are correct. I don't know what I was doing with the math. It's a 9. By the three ratings it is a 3. So yes I've been stupid with the math. Apologies.
However I reserve the right to give my rating. It's my review. Beer was bad. It's a brewery. The main reason.

If you don't want your place to be publicly reviewed don't put in a public space like Google? I don't think you understand what a review is or the concept of reviews.

I went to your place and I tried it. I get to review it. You can't come to me because I don't own a brewery. What part don't you get? I'm not the one charging or selling a service. You are. This is normal business.

When you sell something people might not like it. That's the risk of business. I genuinely think you don't understand what a review is or the concept of it.

Though you have not been to my business, just think about it if that was a rule. In order for anyone to review anyth

Beautiful location, employees very cold and clearly overworked. Never ending line at the bar and only one bartender had no time to breathe. Absolutely stunning view and property, but poorly operated. Hope to come back and see this place in full motion!

Disappointing Experience at great Brewery

We visited this brewery on September 7, and was excited to try their selection of beers. However, our experience was marred by a server (guy with a dark beard) who seemed completely out of line. Despite being in a designated area for fire pit use, the server began shouting at us from a distance, telling us that we couldn't make a fire. Not only was this unnecessary, but it was also extremely rude.

The server's behavior was unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome. We were following the rules and using the fire pit as intended, yet we were still berated. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service at an establishment that we had previously enjoyed.

I would suggest this brewery to work on training their staff to provide better customer service. Until then, I would caution others to be prepared for a potentially hostile experience.
