It was our first time to Ember Woodfire Grill. He made the reservation for our anniversary. What an absolutely wonderful evening. The food was to die for. Perfect flavor, seasoning to perfection, service, above and beyond perfect. Atmosphere, warm and inviting, friendly and welcoming. This was the absolute best meal we have had in a long time. We just found our new favorite place to dine out. Thank all of you who work there for a lovely evening. We sure will be back. 👍😊

This place is an experience! It’s an old train station. It’s served family style which is uncommon, but adds to experience. Prices were fair for the giant portions made to share. Highly recommend the calamari. So fresh! And the salmon was full of flavor.

An absolutely amazing experience. Service was pleasant and timely. Due to being gluten free we ordered cauliflower crust pizza which was surprisingly soft and delicious. For the topping we got the special which had Elk sausage, pear, onions and goat cheese! Soooo freaking delicious! For sides an order of raspberry jalapeno chicken wings. These wings wereeaty and very flavorful! Our other side was Sweet potato, egg rolls and oh my God were they delicious! Definitely would be back again.

Definitely recommend! Reserved online and let them know it was my grandpa’s birthday and he walks with a cane. We were greeted before the door even closed, we were seated right near the door, all the staff wished my grandpa a happy birthday and checked on us constantly. Not only was the staff beyond astonishing, our food was exquisite. My grandpa is 84 today and only prefers a meat and potatoes farmhouse meal. He was actually very impressed and super full by the time he had his complimentary birthday dessert. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I love it here. The food is incredible, the staff is so kind, and it’s a great vibe for a family or an intimate date! Great portions for the prices and SOOOOO worth the money. A true gem in the finger lakes region. Definitely make a reservation though, especially if you have more than 4-5 people

We hit this place up everytime we are back from NC visiting family! It’s better than Good Luck and it’s one of the only Rochester restaurants that can stand up to the quality we are used to coming from Raleigh Durham area. Food is amazing and staff is cool! This is a go to if you’re in the area!

The only gluten free entree option was not available that night (which was a Saturday night) so we had to spend a fortune on a gf pizza and wings. Not what we had wanted for a date night out to celebrate a birthday. Wouldn't recommend or return.
