Quick affordable meals. I would not at all consider them healthy or helpful for weight loss. High in cholesterol, carbs, fat and sodium. Bought them for a quick healthy lunch but when I actually sat down and looked at the macros, not good.

This was my first visit here and Ian was on duty. Let me say, not only does the food look great and at a fair price but Ian went out of his way to help me decide which meals I might like. He was very helpful and friendly even though it was the end of the day and I know he was closing soon. Ian did not make me feel rushed at all and will be one of the reasons I come back.
