I admit I've only been to this Applebee's twice in like 20 yrs and I have been highly satisfied, I have to throw a shout-out to our waitress Lexi because she was over the top amazing and graceful in her service and very prompt and attentive and she was such a trooper, and because she went far above that of good customer service etiquette and I am definitely going to be coming to this Applebee's more frequently, and she definitely has a gift and needs to be acknowledged!! Thank you Lexi !!

Food was great. But it was ice cold in the restaurant. It was 23 degrees outside, but no excuse to be pumping cold air into the dining room. I raised my concern several times. Only for more cold air. Ruined the whole experience having to eat with a winter coat on. Plus food got cold fast. Probably won't go back to eat there again. My friend got the loaded mashed potatoes, the waitress did not explain they were an up charge of almost $4

Waitress was too busy taking to someone at the bar to bother with us. Food came out without fries. She said they just dropped them? Soup was cold and bowl only 1/4 filled. We both had same meal. Both same. We won’t be back.

Every time I went there the food was cold. I went for the last time 2 years ago. I ordered all you can eat ribs, shrimp and chicken. The ribs were drowning in sauce, inedible. My wife hadn't gotten her shrimp yet and I told the waiter my ribs had way too much sauce he said they were a little heavy handed. I ordered the shrimp, he asked my wife if wanted something more. She hadn't even gotten her first order. My last visit EVER.

Went to Applebee's 6/23/25. New manager, new employees and none of them are customer friendly. Asked for water w/lemon and after 20 minutes still did not have water. Asked to have the table rewashed as it was dirty, 15 mins later table still dirty. Ordered the bacon burger with applesauce instead of fries (no problems the last 2x I ordered the same meal) and the manager said no. When I told her I've gotten it previously she said it figures and rolled her eyes. She refused to let me get applesauce and we still didn't have our drinks so we got up and left. Table of 4 next to us sat 20 minutes and waitress still did not acknowledge them being there so they got up and left as well. If this is going to be the norm for the new management then I see them losing a lot of business.
Update 7/2/2025: new manager Mike contacted me regarding my negative review. He was apologetic and wanted to make it right. He asked me to come in again and give it another try so I did. The bacon cheeseburger was the juiciest one I ever had and I did get my applesauce. The waiter was very friendly, competent and attentive. I appreciate the issue being handled professionally and quickly so I will be going back again. Thank you so much Mike for giving me a way better experience! .
Very good restaurant! People that work here are nice when I went in earlier today, and the food was very good for Father’s Day! Mozzarella sticks, Sweet and Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the fries, and the drinks are very good! I definitely will recommend this place to everyone!

Was a shit experience. I ordered a simple grilled chicken tender salad with cheese replaced with onion. The first time, the chicken was too salty. We(me and my fiancée) got it remade. The lettuce was stale, and there were no tomatoes. We got it remade a third time. They replaced most of the lettuce with cabbage and the chicken was back to being salty and dry. It's a simple salad.
