I rarely go to Arby's cuz the food isn't always good, last night (Jan 6th) I ordered my food and was eating it at one of the tables, and I over heard the cashier talking about people's weight and how they should be going to the gym, making other comments under her breath. She seemed very ignorant. You don't get to comment on people's bodies when you literally work in fast food. If your miserable find another job!!!

There was a pale faced mush mouthed flamboyant boy that was taking orders at the counter. I had watched him take 3 people's orders ahead of me. He was rude,snotty and acted like he. Ouldnt be bothered. I didnt want him to be that way with me so I left without ordering. He is bad for business with an attitude like that. I'd fire him if I was in charge.

This is an update to a previous bad experience i had. The owner reached out to me and spoke with me, he was genuine and wanted to know who made the food to make sure they are trained better. He paid for my next meal, and this time it was exactly what I expected it to bed. I was suprised he called me with in 2 days, thats customer service!

Stopped at lkpt location for 2 2for 7s and the girl that took order definitely didn't listen and tried explaining to the mgr who just ended up walking away cause she was to busy cleaning the fry areA... Food was terrible!!
