Stopped at lkpt location for 2 2for 7s and the girl that took order definitely didn't listen and tried explaining to the mgr who just ended up walking away cause she was to busy cleaning the fry areA... Food was terrible!!

Staff friendly, fast service. Order 6 fishes and Lg poppers total of 28 bucks. the only thing was that lettuce was not as fresh as it should've been.

Strange experience for fast food. Pulled up at the drive through greeted by a friendly employee. Reached the window again greeted by a friendly employee. Received food promptly. Then the food, it was good, what Arby's should taste like. Great Job Arby's Lockport.

My first time here in awhile, food was fine, but walking in and seeing four extremely miserable looking employees on a Saturday evening was almost enough to make me go elsewhere, no friendliness at all.

This review would not exist if the staff had simply said "Hey we're out of *insert product here*, can we get you something else?" instead of handing me the bag for my mobile order and having me find out when I got home that they just tried to replace my item with whatever they deemed fit.
I wouldn't have been upset at all if they had simply asked.
It's the manager's duty to educate their staff so this doesn't occur again in the future.

I usually stop at this location just after they open at 10:00am in the morning. I have always received excellent customer service at this location. There is one gentleman that often works the drive-thru in the mornings that is remarkable.
