Unreliable, placed order, and all you get is that they gave different hours etc…and as for abusing an employee , that never happened , so I did what she requested and yet your business blamed Uber.. btw maybe you should post with them or other delivery options , you don’t serve dinner hours or later , that would save people placing an order outside your business hours . Your hours on others are identical. But thanks for responding so I know not to ever order from your establishment and now others see how you react to issues.

Went in for lunch at 1pm on Friday. Ordered fried shrimp under Friday fish fry under the menu, she told me she didn’t know how to make them. Next thing I did was try to order the bologna sandwich she asked what I want on it I said American cheese and onion then when I said I’d put mustard on my own from the packets on the table she insisted it’s “what we do here” and wouldn’t let me. I then tried to order the waffle fries to which she then responded with, “but the bologna sandwich comes with regular fries” so I said “ok I’ll just upgrade to the waffle fries” to which she then “said sorry we can t do that” so I didn’t even get to order the waffle fries. women at counter needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson on customer service.

Stopped last minute to try to a sub. Best decision have made. Got the Ava’s steak sub and it was messy but in the best possible. It was cooked perfect and was ready within 4 minutes. Will be getting my subs from here on out.
