Ava’s table at the Vineyard recently catered my wedding and I could not have been happier! When I explained to Michelle that my wedding would be on my parents boat she was excited for the challenge and took the idea and ran with it. She offered up recommendations of what would serve well and work best on the boat while still incorporating my wishes. The food was DELICIOUS! People went up for seconds and thirds and asked to take some home. Janice who helped Michelle was such a big help and both of those ladies made the day so special. Overall, I cannot recommend Ava’s Table enough!

WOW-the only word that comes to my mind when talking about Michelle and her food. Michelle wasn't just my caterer but she was basically my wedding planner in a nut shell. She was there throughout the whole wedding process and I couldn't be more thankful to have found her. When it comes to her food, I was blown away truly... a lot of our wedding guests said that it was the best wedding food that they have every tasted. We went with: petite sirloin, chicken with a creamy garlic sauce, the BEST mashed potatoes I have ever had, basked ziti, green beans and carrots as well as a Caesar salad for dinner. For appetizers we had chicken wing bites, caprese skewers, spicy meatballs and she gave us an extra dip. With the national food shortages there were times were she was unable to get certain things, but she made it work and the food was phenomenal. I would recommend Ava's Table to anybody for any event. 100/10 experience (:

This place is a hidden gem. The scenery is beautiful! It is peaceful and relaxing. The staff is wonderful. The store is fantastic, and the food is amazing! Their fish fry is one of the best! Lightly beer battered and crispy! You will not be disappointed!

Ava's catered my wedding which was at Freedom Run Winery. When we had our tasting for the wedding it was absolutely delicious. The food was promised to be the quality that we expected. Our wedding was delayed due to covid and when it came to the wedding day it was completely different service than we received/were promised. We were told the executive/head chef would be there, they were not. Half our guests did not eat their meals since the steaks were rare/raw and we were promised medium for every steak. There were 2 servers running food for 100 guests so sending any steaks back was not an option. By the time I finished my meal there were several tables still without food. My MIL was supposed to receive chicken for her meal, they forgot, brought her steak, and then when confronted brought her out the chicken and it was cold. We opted for jumbo shrimp and received one not so jumbo shrimp on the plate rather than the 3 that was promised. There was supposed to be a red wine reduction sauce for the steak which was not on the plate. Then when it was brought up to the caterers its like it was not their problem, wasn't all specified fully in the contract. We opted in for a champagne toast and the glasses weren't even poured until way after dinner when everyone was already up and mingling. Honestly this was very disappointing service for how much money was spent for food, especially for how well the tasting went and what we were promised. If you consider them at any cost make the contract as specific as possible to ensure you get everything that was discussed.
