Lockport is Great store during the morning but the evening crew manager is a rude short woman with a bad attitude who acts passive aggressive towards customers just because they want their order to be correct in a timely manner

Don't expect hot food i dont think ive ever came here and got anything hot and on top of that they ask you everytime you pull up if you have a mobile order or are using the app and they have the location marketed as closed in the app so you cant get any of the coupons anyways.

This Burger King location is the most pathetic establishment I’ve come across. You are guaranteed to be ignored by staff and receive the wrong order. This has been the case for about a year with this location. It’s egregious how awful this location is ran.

I tried one of the onion whoppers a few weeks ago because I was really hungry (haven’t been most days lately) and they were so close by. Normally I would go elsewhere bc I’m not a fan of BK. I have to admit that first onion whopper was good. The second one, sorry to say, ended that feeling. It was just a mess of sauce and haphazardly added toppings. Over all, it was just gross. $15 for 1/2 whopper & some semi-warm fries w/drink was such a waste of money. The fast food places raise prices but the quality of food has been spiraling down for some time.

Mgr. is there you down talking to an employee with the whole conversation ignores the customer checks the drive-through has another conversation this one on for about five minutes then she finally asked for. Do you need help? There is no fast food service here. you think with the manager, the customers are priority

every time i come here it's a half an hour for simple orders if not longer, no managers on duty ever, or seems that way. Just go anywhere else. foods usually ok when you do get it but very often they forget a drink or a side or something.

i came in earlier this morning for a coffee and a croissant sandwich with bacon and there was NO TRACE OF BACON. seriously???? will NOT be coming back. Just a short drive up transit rd is the next bk in willamsville ! 🙄

The staff is very rude here and when asking to confirm if sauces are in the order or verifying order is correct before leaving they act as if you're bothersome! But so many times I've left here without sauces and missing items. I have to check.

I utilized the Drive thru... as I handed my phone out the window to use ApplePay. The manager dangled the card terminal by its cord for me to use. Something about that just rubs me the wrong way...

I usually am greeted by the man with black glasses... he's a bit slower in the window
but definitely better with customers.
