Jade and Alex did a great job friendly and helpful to us as we were traveling from out of town....it's always the employees that make places worth stopping at and should all be recognized for making a place functional and friendly.

Thank you for always being so nice. Found out the Crosby’s on Chestnut Ridge doesn’t make breakfast sandwiches so I went to this one instead and the staff this morning was amazing and made my breakfast sandwich and even brought it out to me. You guys are wonderful thank you for being such a caring staff!

Asked if they had a bathroom and heard the worker after answering disrespectfully say something to the other worker about how we couldnt read the “big” sign that said restroom as were right there and can hear like its a simple question sorry you had to do part of your job and answer a 3 word question but maybe dont talk about a customer as they are right in front of you, not everyone comes into crosbys and immediately sees the writing on the wall before having to use the bathroom.

I visit this Crosby’s often & today Debbie denied me a wrap as my husband was with me. She stated she needed both of our ID’s. Very displeased with my visit today.

Recently I was debating not shopping here anymore until you guys started having this tall woman cooking your food. Up until she started making anything that I have ordered from you store it has been awful, subs made wrong, pizza was gross and tasted old. If you guys hire and have her train further employees this will bring in more customers especially from my entire labor staff for lunches and other products.

Go during the day when the tall blonde is working . She seems to run that store and my sub literally takes minutes for her to do . I wouldn’t recommend the turkey , the ham is banging and so is the Italian with a lot of meat on it. Never go there at night .. takes forever to get food !

recently have been getting pieces of bone in the chicken finger pizza, second time now in a couple weeks seems to be a growing issue. happened at this place and the rochest road one too

Ummm ? Google says open until 12am. I got there at 11:01 and the doors are locked. Someone needs to update the hours for not wasting our time driving there.
