Pizza was burnt on the bottom, but uncooked on top and that was not pizza sauce, it was more of an overly sweet marinara sauce… wings were overcooked, super dry and absolutely no flavor with the garlic parm. With the amount of money spent, it definitely should have been better than this… will not be going back.

Just ordered pizza for my 3 kids and a sub for myself. Pizza is BURNT my sub is just disgusting never again if I can post pictures i so would !!! AND TO TOP IT OFF MANAGER SAID THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY I WAITED GAVE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS! SO THE MANAGER HAD LIED TO ME ABOUT THAT . I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE

I used to love this place would oder here all the time but my last 2 times ordering here were not good first time when my pizza and wings were delivered pizza was cold i had to put it in oven to reheat it and i mean cold not even warm and the wings that were ordered mild had over a inch of hot sause in container soaking them i did not eat them they never used to be like this and my most recent order same thing with wings over a inch of hot sause in container so i will no longer be ordering anything from here anymore the quality has just gone way down hill

We have been eating here ever since they opened. The food was always great and the service was the best. The last year theyb have been very inconsistent, but would correct any problems. The last month or two they have been pretty bad. Getting orders wrong, food that is burnt or raw. Two weeks ago I spoke with the owner as he happened to be in the store and he stated that they were having trouble getting help. I told him that as we eat there a couple of times a week we could see the turnover in help and that it's hard finding good help. I just seen they are opening another store and it begs the questions are they growing too fast, do they have quality controls in place. Three nights ago our subs were burnt rolls and dry meat and last night our calzone was served with raw dough ( second time) so we won’t be going back for a while before we give them another try. PLEASE fix the problems it used to be such a great place.
I stopped to get a couple subs last night and had the worst experience and sub ever. I waited in line over a half hour just to place my order! When I got up to the counter the only one person taking orders, left me to answer the phone. That took several minutes while I continued to wait. When I finally placed my order I told them I wanted my rolls toasted. Most places automatically do this but I made sure I asked. I also wanted the second sub cut in half and put in two separate bags. It look another 25 minutes for me to get my subs!!! An hour for TWO subs??? Then I looked in the bag and they didn’t cut the one in half and wrap it separately. I checked to make sure the rolls were toasted and they weren’t!!! Of course I complained. An hour to get two salami subs and the order wasn’t even correct! The girl at the counter did offer to remake them but there was no way I was waiting another half hour so I took them like they were. THEN I got home and my husband said there’s no meat on this sub! A bread sandwich! He was right. There was maybe six thin slices of salami on each half. Luckily I had some salami in the fridge at home and added to it. Salami is cheap! $31.03 for two salami subs that took over and hour, were wrong, and I had to add meat. Let me assure you, I get subs other places and never have had to ask for more meat, or add to it at home. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. We have too many good restaurants and sub shops to go there again. I did take a picture but no way to upload it here. You would see I’m not exaggerating.
