Last time I was here was over 40 years ago. It is remodeled and has a great menu. The owner is actually in house and walking around talking to guests and making sure everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.
The waitresses were amazing and super accommodating. We asked to eat outside and were told they’re no longer doing that, but she did move us to a quieter area which was very, very appreciated, as it was super busy and loud. However, on our way out, we saw people eating outside. So not sure what to think, but- they were absolutely wonderful to us and the food was delicious and fairly priced! I have been driving past this place for years, finally decided to give it a try, now I totally regret not stopping before. First thing I noticed pulling in was nice shade trees. The inside is nice and rustic feeling. Very clean bathrooms. The food was amazing, fish fry was on point. Friendly staff, and decent prices. 👌. I will be back for sure, and will always recommend to others to try. ..oh and the croutons are now my new favorite croutons. 👍
