**EAT ELSEWHERE**
It was sooooooo COLD in the restaurant in addition to my burger being drowned in Ketchup. I understand you put ketchup on both buns, but saturating both buns in ketchup is a bit much. They remade it but didn't even toast the bun on the remake.

My suggestion, go to another restaurant that is warmer, has warm water to wash your hands in, and actually makes the food correctly. Especially when you pay $22.00 for a burger, fry, and drink.

Went here for lunch and ordered the little bacon cheese burger, small fry and drink. The food was fresh and well made overall. My only complaint besides the price was the fries. They were overly salted for my taste. Burger was spot on well made. Price for the order was a nickel shy of 20 bucks. That's very steep for what I got but that is normal pretty much any where now.

Employees at this location are messed up , I come twice a week for dinner at this location , they always fail to get me correct and full order , last 4 times I went home and had to come back for missing shakes & burgers in my order( I hope it can be tracked) , today also I just reached home and m missing a burger and have to go back all the way again , I wonder what do to call 4th repeated mistake in 2 weeks and dnt knw y they always ask me if m here to pickup some1s order though I always order there.

And yet again today the same 08/12/25.

My order was for takeout. Small order, 2 burgers, 1 fry, 2 shakes. There were 5 employees. The man taking my order was very friendly and jovial. My order was the only order that they were working on. One of the burgers was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger, but when I got home there was no bacon. Everything tasted fine, but let's face it, takeout is not cheap. My husband and I rarely eat out or get takeout, because we're on a fixed income,, so when we do, it's a treat. I just hat paying for something that I didn't get.

I've ordered here before this particular location normally misses something on the burger but this time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños, grilled mushrooms and mustard, they didn't put any bacon, grilled mushrooms or jalapeños, when I went up to let them know what my order was missing I was only offered cold raw jalapeños in a container as compensation, I've never left a review of any place before because I'm not the type to complain but the service was just horrendous and for the price I'd anticipate at least a little customer service when they do something wrong.

You can find better eaisly . Dirty workers dirty environment . Management is terrible . I can bet money you’ll walk in there and the place is trashed . Nobody sweeps nobody cleans til there “closing” the store is pathetic and I see why people say it’s the worst one in NY . And charge those crazy prices for some meat or fries that’s been precooked if it’s busy lmao
