Went here for lunch and ordered the little bacon cheese burger, small fry and drink. The food was fresh and well made overall. My only complaint besides the price was the fries. They were overly salted for my taste. Burger was spot on well made. Price for the order was a nickel shy of 20 bucks. That's very steep for what I got but that is normal pretty much any where now.

Employees at this location are messed up , I come twice a week for dinner at this location , they always fail to get me correct and full order , last 4 times I went home and had to come back for missing shakes & burgers in my order( I hope it can be tracked) , today also I just reached home and m missing a burger and have to go back all the way again , I wonder what do to call 4th repeated mistake in 2 weeks and dnt knw y they always ask me if m here to pickup some1s order though I always order there.

My order was for takeout. Small order, 2 burgers, 1 fry, 2 shakes. There were 5 employees. The man taking my order was very friendly and jovial. My order was the only order that they were working on. One of the burgers was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger, but when I got home there was no bacon. Everything tasted fine, but let's face it, takeout is not cheap. My husband and I rarely eat out or get takeout, because we're on a fixed income,, so when we do, it's a treat. I just hat paying for something that I didn't get.

I've ordered here before this particular location normally misses something on the burger but this time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños, grilled mushrooms and mustard, they didn't put any bacon, grilled mushrooms or jalapeños, when I went up to let them know what my order was missing I was only offered cold raw jalapeños in a container as compensation, I've never left a review of any place before because I'm not the type to complain but the service was just horrendous and for the price I'd anticipate at least a little customer service when they do something wrong.

Nobody sweeps nobody cleans til there “closing” the store is pathetic and I see why people say it’s the worst one in NY . And charge those crazy prices for some meat or fries that’s been precooked if it’s busy lmao

Big Five Guys fan. But this truly was the dirtiest locations I have been to. The dining area was a mess from the floor to the tables. We wanted to dine in and had to clean our own table. The two young man working were more concerned about the conversation they were having than serving the customers. We ordered two milk shakes and once they called our order # I had to remind them about the shakes which took another 10 minutes to get. This location seemed to lack supervision or management. Just two young kids running the place, that seemed not to care about the business. Sad, need to do better Five Guys. $75 for 4 burgers and two shakes and two drinks.

The staff was polite, the place was clean, drink machine worked well and the food was perfect. I love the old fashioned taste of burgers there. The meat has flavor and they dont just add salt.

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Especially for a chain. Pick almost any type of toppings you could think of. Huge list. A small fry, though, is more like a large. So if you order a large, expect a paper sack just full of fries. Lol, it's a bit pricey, though.
