Very good food, they don't waste food afterhours and instead of dumping or trashing it they let employees take what is left if they want to which is a much better approach and the CHEESE FRIES are absolute bangers 10/10 if you visit you should get them

Frankie's never disappoints! Their food is yummy. The staff is friendly and efficient.
One of worst restaurants in WNY. Understatement to be honest, called at 5pm and placed a simple lg Pep and cheese pizza delivery for my elderly father for 8pm. They withdrew the $$$ and the pizza magically never appeared at the address provided. 4 hours of calls to the restaurant led to voicemails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

YOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Do NOT sleep on Frankie’s. Today, I ordered extra, extra, extra crispy and extra, extra, extra saucy and this place SHOWED ? UP ? The meat came right off the bone. Best wings I’ve had in Lockport in a loooong time. Put them in your takeout rotations. Subs always on point, too. FRANKIES 4E!!!!

Used to be really good. Now it’s just ok. $81 for 1 lg and 1 small pizza and 20 wings is pathetic especially when the food is average. Wings were under cooked and barely any sauce. Asked for pie to be cut in squares and of course they couldn’t even get that right. If you’re going to charge a premium price you should provide a premium product. This order was anything but premium. Do better

I ordered a large cheese pepperoni. It arrived quicker than they said it was going to. I found out why. The pizza was undercooked. The cheese wasn't melted all the way, the sauce was too thick, the pizza was colder than pizza should be, and the overall taste was just awful. I had heard so many good things about this place and this was my first time trying them. I ended up getting sick after eating their pizza and I'm still currently sick. It's been 4 days. I've never out a slice of pizza down in my life, because I believed there was no such thing as bad pizza. But this was my first time ever saying I can't eat this.

Hands down the best sub I've had in months. Everything about it was perfect. We order three cold sub for the sub of the month deal. A super, capicola, and turkey. Put together well, meat slices nice, veggies were fresh, bread delicious. Making for a very tasty sub. Phone service and counter service was excellent. We will be back for our next sub craving soon.
