Placed online order at 6pm for 8pm pickup2 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICESmall veggie “special” pizza20 wings3$ to order online for some reason because that makes any sense at all62 dollars(lmao right 62 dollars)Arrive at 8pm“We’re just saucing the wings now” I was told as I entered17 minutes of saucing and 5 other customer orders filled I finally have my food now almost 2 and a half hours after orderingSaucing the wings was clearly they forgot to cook the wingsNow my “veggie special pizza” had an extra 20 minutes to get cold and soggy sitting there waiting to fill my 2 hour old orderArrive home to a cold soggy pizza and 20 piping hot wings all for only 62 dollars and I had to drive to get itThere are 15 pizza places with 5 miles of your store, why would I ever ever ever go back and give you one more single dollarPure ignorance to any form of customer service

My fianc'e just called there and placed a order for 12:30pm. He called bk cause he was adding to the order he already placed,he asked the guy to repeat the order to make sure it was correct and the guy on the other end became rude with him and my fiance asked him I'll go somewhere else and the guy said I don't care where you go and hung up the phone. I understand that they are busy cause of the bills game, but that is extremely poor customer service!! I have bn in customer service for alot of years and have bn a manager as well, that is uncalled for. I called bk and asked to speak to the manager and told him what happened and he said I apologize for that and I just fired him ( mind you the guy he fired just answer the phone for me) I asked the manager if we were going to get a discount for what had happened and he said no he said " I justed fired him there is nothing more I can do". I was in such shock with his reply that I was speechless worst experience ever!!!!! Poor customer service and management skills FYI YOUR SUPPOSE TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL GOOD AND MAKE THEM WANT TO COME BK!!!! NOT HERE!!!!!! I had to put 1 star so I could post this cause it wouldn't let me other wise ?
