The Owner ran this place to the ground and used the Fred’s pizzas name when he had no intention of keeping the authenticity and the decades of hard work and practices that kept Fred’s pizza in Pendleton open for many many years

Gave this place another shot and yuck never again. I ordered a assorted sub and it was more like a ham sub. Very thick cut meat not good for a sub. Very big Ham slices that were more like ham steaks, two slices of salami and two poor quality capicola slices ( tough to eat to fatty). I ordered lettuce tomato and onion. No tomatoes and the onion was all in one spot. The sun didn't hold up well fell apart with every bite. Basically not toasted. Only thing that was good were the onion rings.
Staff wasn't very friendly on the phone or at pick up.
I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Foods pretty good service ain't bad prices are a bit high but then there is not another pizza place for miles in any direction and they are in a plaza so kinda understandable I guess for a small town shop overall good experience and never walk away hungry or broke

The pizza was great just got a large for me and the kids a regular pepperoni and cheese nice thick cheese and love the pepperoni guy said 15 mins for my pizza and I went in and it was ready in 15 minutes. 5 stars all day

UPDATE: ZERO STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT ORDER. FINALLY ARRIVED 50 MIN AFTER OUR TOLD DELIVERY TIME. FOOD WAS SO COLD WE HAD TO REHEAT OURSELVES. FOOD WAS DISGUSTING AND MISSING SIDES. LOSS OF $40 BUCKS AND STILL GOTTA FEED THE FAMILY.

Called and placed a delivery order with a decent tip placed on the card at time of order. Called an hour later after being told it was a half hour delivery. After trying to get through and being put on hold and never picked up, was told the delivery driver had to stop and get ingredients and would be there momentarily. I'm not waiting to tell you if our food is going to be cold cuz it will. How come you couldn't call us and let us know? You take down our phone number. "Momentarily" has already been over 15 min more ... Worse service ever. And the closer it gets to closing.... We may not even get our food even though they already ran our card.

I got a sub it was very messy And it was not cut. The flavor just was not there and seemed like it was lacking a lot. for what I paid and what I got just was not worth it to me unfortunately but the customer service is good.

Called for pizza 3 times last 2 weeks between 630 and 730 no one ever answers! You lose customers this way I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Purchased a pizza from Fred's. The pepperoni was burnt, the top crust was burnt and the bottom was black. I called and told them about it and they said bring it back they would make us a new one. We did and they refused to make a new one and said it was perfectly made the way it was. The girl was told to make a new one and she down right refused. Poor business.

Ordered a large pizza with cheese and pepperoni. When we got it home the pepperoni was burnt, the crust on top was dark brown and the bottom was black. When I called to complain the girl said bring it back and she would give us another one. When we got there she refused to make another one, she said it was perfectly made and that's the way she was told to make them. She was told by another employee to make another one and she refused. Will never buy another thing in that pizzeria again. We were happy customers until now.

I ordered a sub today the same sub I've ordered several times in the past. Only this time they gave me the wrong sub. I called and the same girl answered the phone and as I proceeded to tell her my order was wrong she told me she "was the one who took my order and I got what I ordered" and I insisted it wasn't correct and that isn't what I ordered she rudely replied that's what you ordered" I'm a long time area resident and will never spend another dime at Fred's. Maybe Fred needs to screen his employees better. I guess its Wilson's pizza from now on.

Ordered chicken finger sub and steak with cheese sub. Both toasted. Chicken finger sub was fairly good, per the other diner and I also taste tested it and agreed. However my "steak" sub was disgusting. Shredded chip steak was cooked in far too old oil and the taste was almost putrid. I asked for extra tomatoes, and would have paid for them, but they were included. But only 4 little squares of chopped tomatoes were present. The requested mozzarella cheese was a small lump pushed to one side of the sub. The mayo was real (Hellman's) and the toasted roll was great, but otherwise it was a waste of money and calories. It totally sat in my stomach till the next morning.. literally it made me sick. The mayo was a great cover to hide the spoiled oil. Don't waste your money..

Called to place an order for pickup and the lady on the phone was very short and snippy. She never asked me what I wanted on my sub. Never gave me a time for pickup. Never told me a total for my pickup order. Over all someone needs to reevaluate and hire better employees.

This is a small pizza joint in a shopping center outside Buffalo. It may not look like much but the food is AMAZING!! The only issue we had was they barely had anything to drink in stock. We just walked next door to the dollar store and grabbed drinks while we waited on our food to cook.

They had a football game on and the employees joked with my son about games making the experience much more personal.

Ordered large turkey sub today. Even though it tasted good, it was thrown together and it was difficult to eat because it kept coming apart.
