The food has been good, but the tone every time I’ve tried to order takeout was rude, condescending, and very much like they are not at all interested in taking your order. Won’t be ordering again.

We got the Thanksgiving dinner package hot and ready on Thanksgiving day and it was incredible! Every dish, every bite was delicious! The whole turkey was so moist and well seasoned that it probably beat any turkey I've ever cooked myself. Everything was so perfectly seasoned that no one so much as reached for the salt. Thank you for an amazing meal. We'll be the first ones placing our order next year!

My wife and I were blown away by the food and service of hilltop catering our wedding. Crystal goes above beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. All of our guest were raving about ALL of the food. We will definitely be using Hilltop again whenever we need catering and even tho we aren’t close to Lockport we will make the drive just have a nice dinner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional caterer with amazing food.

So Let me start by saying I am solely writing about the Fish fry that we had from here. We ordered this for take out since we were staying at a camp not too far away and according to the reviews this seemed to be one of the better fish fries in the area. Well in my case this was the worst I have ever had so far. Even though they do give you plenty of options of how you might want the fish, I feel that it may not matter how you order it. We ordered the beer battered and no matter where I have ordered fish fries before, the coating has never separated from the fish like it did with this as you can see in my picture. Not to mention, the fish wasn't flakey like most normally are. The fish was wet & separating followed by this mush like effect. To the extent when you use your fork it falls apart looking more like grits. Needless to say, we will never have a fish fry from here again. Maybe try something else, but definitely not that.

I had the pleasure of dining at Hilltop, and I can’t rave enough about the experience! The restaurant is owned by a lovely husband and wife duo who truly go above and beyond for their guests. As someone with a severe food allergy, I was incredibly impressed by how seriously they took my dietary needs. My meal was prepared with great care, specifically tailored to ensure it was safe for me to enjoy — and it was delicious!
My dining companions had an incredible time as well. The beer-battered fish fry was cooked to perfection, the chicken cutlet sandwich was tender and flavorful, and the beef on weck roll was hands down the best roast beef we’ve ever had! We also shared an appetizer of house-made bread served with the most amazing marinara sauce — an absolute must-try!
The service was top-notch from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, the staff made sure our experience was perfect. Whether you’re looking for fantastic food, wonderful service, or a place that truly cares about its guests, Hilltop is it! Highly recommend!

Crystal was super easing to work with and her staff was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the "pre-tasting" dinner she offers prior to choosing your menu, too ?
