Went in here on Saturday night, December 27 around 6:05 pm and the guy making the sandwiches just disappeared and left the line of customers standing there waiting for about 5-6 minutes. The other kid making sandwiches had 3 of his friends in the restaurant and was more interested in socializing with them than paying attention to what he was doing. So I just decided to leave.

A young man named Logan Collin(s) was very condescending/rude. When I told him I hadn’t been there in a while because the last time I ordered from there the bread was stale, he proceeded to let me know the bread is made once a day. When I told him I’d like to order two subs to eat there and get an order to go, he told me they don’t do orders to go. He said that three times in a very condescending tone. Then, he told another young lady to prepare my order. She was very nice. She had reddish hair pulled back in a ponytail and wore glasses. I had a friend with me who is 84. When she picked our food up at the pick up station and thanked the young lady with long dark hair pulled back in a ponytail and was slight of build the young lady said nothing. When I tried talking to her earlier as she was applying my toppings, she said absolutely nothing. I believe if she would have smiled her face may have cracked. I spent just under $50 and I will never go back there. You cannot have children running a business if you want it to succeed. That’s a job for adults who know what common courtesy is and value such things.

Foods good but understaffing makes your wait insane they can’t handle the amount of online orders I watched dozens of people leave in half hour I waited on my order they need to increase staffing to make this place more efficient or they lose business and losing business means losing money I’ll pray whoever makes there schedule adds on more than 3 ppl bc they can’t handle the lunch rush.

Just got our pickup order home and they mixed up subs. My husband's meat sub was on rosemary bread, with vinegar, spicy mustard and hot peppers. My husband ordered white bread and only mayo. My vegetarian sub was on white bread (ordered rosemary), and had none of the ordered condiments or toppings. Really bummed because we were both so excited to order here after so long, and the subs were nothing like we expected or enjoy. We can't trade meals because one is vegetarian. Disappointing.

The restaurant was a mess food all over the floor behind counter and in the restaurant part. My sub was awful. Everyone said Philly cheese with pepper relish 😆. First of all roll was stale enough pepper relish for 4 subs . Oh and the restaurant being a mess it was 12pm lunch time. So disappointed

This place is awesome.First time here and was blown away with customer service and the smiles and prompt service.Best fast food I've ever had and will be back.Another thing was they offer Military and LEO discount.Anyone that hasn't tried Lockport store is in for a treat and a big smile after you bite into your sub

Wow. I mean just WOW. I have never had such a horrible experience. Julia or whatever her name was is the rudest employee I have ever met and I’m sure if she wasn’t dressing my sub right in front of me she would’ve spit in it. All because I asked if she was ok while she was crying right into my food! And don’t even get me started on that manager Adam who is a MEGA creep! You’ll never see me again!

I was disappointed. I had the chicken bacon ranch sub. It was so salty that I had a hard time eating it. Will not go back.

We witnessed the manager being verbally attacked by another customer. His complaints were that it was too hot (86 degree day) and that his toppings fell off of his sub. He also stated the staff didn’t smile enough. He was very nasty and kept telling them they need to do better. Absolutely ridiculous. The point of my review is to say the manager handled this “gentleman” with class. We frequent this location and we have nothing bad to say! Good job to the staff! They all handled an ugly situation with grace! Keep up the good work! Food was great as usual!

How the hell do you have a sub shop that is out of bread ?? That’s a shitty excuse for not wanting to do your job canceled half my order and didn’t even give me the option to wait for more to be made I recommend going to any other jersey Mike’s
