6/20/25 around 9:30pm-9:45pm. I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC, and I must say — I don’t know who was in the kitchen that day, but the fried chicken was phenomenal. That particular piece of chicken was, without a doubt, one of the best I’ve ever tasted — second only to my late mother’s, and that’s saying a lot.
The seasoning was spot on, the crust perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the meat was juicy and full of flavor. Whoever was behind the fryer deserves major recognition. If this level of quality and care could be consistently replicated across all KFC locations, it could redefine fast-food fried chicken on a global scale.
To the team at Lockport location, job well done. And to the gentleman frying that chicken — keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You’ve set a new standard.

I live in Niagara Falls, where there are two restaurants near me, but I've been traveling to Lockport for an average of ten months, (two people) finding the chicken fresh and quality. However, on the last three visits, I've found a quality that's making me change my mind. TWO WEEKS LATER: 04/27/2024 - 5:30 PM. After two weeks, we returned to Kentucky Dry Chicken and We came back to our home with an upset stomach. It's like going out to enjoy dinner and then coming back disgusted by how depressing the food was. ((((((NEVER MORE))))))👎

We went in today to get lunch to take home with us. We ordered the fried chicken family meal. We were the only people in there, and nobody was in the drive through. The food took 30 seconds. We thought this was odd especially when cooking chicken. We get home and open the bucket of chicken to THIS. We paid $37.00 for this meal that we couldn’t even eat. The chicken was inedible, and we are very disappointed to say the least.

I ordered from here for the first time in awhile. There were customers saying their food took 20 minutes to be made but I tried not to think much of it because I understand these things can take time. I was served raw biscuits. Not only is raw food a health hazard but it's also just not enjoyable.

Your hours say you’re open until 10 but when we arrived at 8:30 all your doors were locked. If you have separate hours for the dining room it would be nice if you listed those.

Got the festive feast chicken was ok tho was only tiny drumsticks and small thighs. The tenders were soggy and greasy. They also forgot all my sauce. Never again

The chicken was hard and almost impossible to bite through, the Mac and cheese was horribly overcooked the biscuits were stale and the mashed potatoes were horribly overcooked as well. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a kfc restaurant if I could give it a zero I would. I definitely do not recommend this kfc.

It is just like every KFC I've ever been to for over 60 years of visiting the restaurants. By that I mean , the chicken is delicious and the restaurant is as clean as a 1950's gas station bathroom. Perhaps the smell of the septic tank pump truck in the front of the building was clouding my experience.....
