I have had some pretty poor service at this location . Tonight 10/12 at 9:15 was the total opposite . Super polite young man ( my receipt says Andrae) I apologized for being so late , he said “ don’t apologize , we are open for another hour” Best service we have had here . Thank you for hiring him

We went to KFC for dinner Oct 20, 2025 about 6:30pm. The temperature in the restaurant was very very cold. It was very unpleasant. When we asked the manager if the heat could be turned on, she said she had no control over restaurant temperature and that staff was cold too. Whomever runs this restaurant needs to know that we will never go back to this KFC. Restaurant temperature was very cold and very unpleasant. Owners needs to be aware of what is hurting their business.

Asked for extra crispy chicken at noon on a Sunday and was told they only had 1 wing left and wasn't gonna make anymore because they dont like leaving chicken sitting around . Coulda sworn I was a paying customer 😒 🙄

Ordered lunch and requested the 3-piece box meal, all drumsticks, cole slaw for both sides and EXTRA ice in the drink. What I got was 1 drumstick and 2 thighs and NO ice in the drink at all. I understand now why they deserve $15-$18 dollars an hour. If they’re going to be so good at messing up orders they should get paid accordingly. I gave one star because they don’t have zero as an option

Those workers were kicking butt and keeping together. They were very time conscious and was upfront with a wait time. My family appreciates that team's hard work!

6/20/25 around 9:30pm-9:45pm. I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC, and I must say — I don’t know who was in the kitchen that day, but the fried chicken was phenomenal. That particular piece of chicken was, without a doubt, one of the best I’ve ever tasted — second only to my late mother’s, and that’s saying a lot.
The seasoning was spot on, the crust perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the meat was juicy and full of flavor. Whoever was behind the fryer deserves major recognition. If this level of quality and care could be consistently replicated across all KFC locations, it could redefine fast-food fried chicken on a global scale.
To the team at Lockport location, job well done. And to the gentleman frying that chicken — keep doing exactly what you’re doing. You’ve set a new standard.

I live in Niagara Falls, where there are two restaurants near me, but I've been traveling to Lockport for an average of ten months, (two people) finding the chicken fresh and quality. However, on the last three visits, I've found a quality that's making me change my mind. TWO WEEKS LATER: 04/27/2024 - 5:30 PM. After two weeks, we returned to Kentucky Dry Chicken and We came back to our home with an upset stomach. It's like going out to enjoy dinner and then coming back disgusted by how depressing the food was. ((((((NEVER MORE))))))👎
