My wife and I ordered 4 pizzas today on Father’s Day at 10:30am at opening because we wanted to be able to relax for at least one day this week! We were looking for a cheap, easy meal for our family of 7. My wife walked in to a stressed out staff member (not her fault at all, she was fantastic). We are more than happy to wait a little longer, as we are a large family ordering pizzas just when this business opened, and understand things take longer for bigger orders. However, I personally can not get over the feeling that this business is engaging in “leaner and meaner” because the staff member felt overwhelmed.
Her customer service skills were exceptional. Little Caesars should know that the customer experience is part of the sale and if your staff is stressed, it deteriorates from the sale. If I continue to walk in here and the staff is stressed, I will not buy from here. You will lose a customer! I’m leaving a five star review for the service from the person who works here on 06/15/25 at 10:30am, not for the company!

So I’m not sure if this is a location thing or what but I was charged MORE $$ ($8.49) to get a pizza 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 just cheese ($1 more) but if I bought a whole pepperoni pizza it would have been $7.49 Make It Make Sense! Yes it is only a dollar but in the grand scheme of things why am I paying MORE for LESS? When I go to different locations in Buffalo I’ve never been charged a different price and surely not for less ingredients! Just wanted to share my experience…… 🍕

Probably would’ve given 0 stars the pizza was cold and disgusting the bread sticks had 0 yes zero butter/seasoning we contacted the company which contacted the g.m and we got nothing back from the Lockport location!Piss poor management and lack of leadership!Never again!

The only issue I have is that you can’t customize the pretzel stuffed crust pizza. I prefer it without pepperoni but there’s no option to remove it.
Love, love, love, love, love the fact that I could walk into the place put numbers into a machine and get my food! And these crazy puffs are adorable little suckers! They taste just as good as a piece of pizza not better but they’re just the right size for me and then I’m not left with all that pizza I don’t need to eat! Is definitely an issue I will be returning to and considering it’s only 15 minutes from my house I’m loving this. And I didn’t even have to download an app. I just actually did it on my browser at home on my computer. And when I got here and realized I probably needed a code. I just pulled up chrome and did it - in the door quickly and out on my way while 5 others waited!!!! Oh yeah CRAZY PUFFS EVEN HAD A COUPON!!!

Took over half an hour to fulfill an online order (more than 10 minutes past the estimate) only to have the wrong crust. Good alright, but wouldn’t come to this spot again. Clearly understaffed.
