Absolutely love this shop! Ms Mary Lou is wonderful, and never fails to satisfy! She took my order on last minute, literally 4-5 before the event, and listened to what I said my mom wanted! Boy did she deliver!! Everyone loved the cakes, and asked where we got them!!

After initially responding that a cake could be made and delivered, I received no call, email response or confirmation of my submitted order. Due to this being during the pandemic, I was unable to do anything else for a loved one’s birthday last month. This is the worst customer service. I will never order from this bakery.

The wedding cookies you made for my daughter’s impromptu wedding were perfect. People were afraid to eat them, they were so pretty. But once some started getting eaten, everyone followed suite and asked where they were from, they were as yummy as they were beautiful.

I called Lou Lou Bakes to see if they had any Macarons, the woman I spoke with, which I’m guessing was Lou Lou, I’m not sure, said she made a fresh batch and had delivered them to Scripts Cafe. I went down to Scripts and bought a big box of them. Can I just say that those cookies were so good I had a dream about eating them later that night. Scripts Cafe was a cute spot I had never heard of to be honest, but I’m glad I went in there and plan on going again. The whole experience was great, so now I have new favorite cookie and a nice place to get a coffee. But those cookies..... do yourself a favor, get a big box!
