Slices are good, good drink selection. If you like sweet sauce, it's good. Traditional sauce is a tad lacking. Buffalo Chicken slices are great.

Terrible experience this time, really out last few haven’t been stellar with order mixups. This time, our take out boxes were labeled entirely incorrectly, calzones uncut although we requested within our order, and there was minimal filling. Not sure how a meat lovers calzone ends up in a box with Buffalo chicken on it and the pizza topping calzone had the meat lovers label- again, you can see the minimal filling in the Buffalo chicken. A piece of toast was thicker. Very disappointed for this experience.

I made a simple order for 10 wings medium sauce and two Steak and Cheese subs w/sautéed peppers and onions and double mayo. The wings arrived plain but I have at home RedHot wing sauce as I haven't had a single place here in Lockport who actually makes a decent wing with sauce still actually attached to the wing. Most places here in the area blame the sauce drains off the wing and settles to the bottom of the container, the bottom of the container was dry...... The subs arrived with fresh cut peppers and onions and barely any mayo. I called and they were more than willing to correct the issue by replacing the subs or offering credit. I asked for replacement subs as I already waited one hour for my order to begin with and I then ended up waiting another hour for the replacement subs. The replacement subs arrived and they look like someone sat on top of them. The peppers and onions were still not sautéed but they were soggy and warm and there was a little bit more mayo on the sub but still not what I would expect as "double" mayo. And again just like the first subs, there steak doesn't ever seem to be cooked properly unlike other pizza places here in the area. I highly recommend to NOT purchase a steak and cheese sub from here! There wings are cooked properly but not sauced correctly..... The reason for the 2 star is only because the wings are cooked properly and are not overcooked where they shrink to almost nothing like some other places.
