I ordered the tomato soup, which was very good and I ordered the tomato basil bacon sandwich. Got no tomatoes and no basil. Just lettuce and bacon, so was a bit disappointed but couldn't have them remake it as I was crunched for time and the place was quite busy. I would also recommend ordering at the kiosk as we weren't ever acknowledged while waiting at the counter. Overall was good, but there are many places that could be improved to elevate the customer experience.

We visited this location last night, and we both ordered the pick two with the green goddess avocado salad and chipotle avocado melt - both items obviously heavy on avocado. After we got our food and also placed a togo order, which we realized they didn’t put any avocado on the sandwich or salad when we went up to the counter to ask and they said they were out. So they just made our order, charged us, but never said they were out. Since all our orders included avocado we talked to General Manager Adam, and he was super accommodating! Honestly, the best customer service I have ever received at that location. He was able substitute the salad and sandwich in our to go order, offered a free pastry, and gift card. He even brought our togo order to our table - he really went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated!! Because of him we will be going back!

This place is total crap! Everytime I come in it’s dirty, they’re literally ALWAYS out of any bread but white and maybe sour dough, they’ve never once had bread bowls. Also my order came to $67 and some change and the lady took my hundred and the slob of manager had the audacity to give her worker shit about taking my $100 bill when the order was literally almost $70. Very poorly run and managed but the girl behind the register was very sweet.

Been travelling around the past week in Canada and the USA from Scotland and this is easily the worst restaurant we visited. Order it on a mini tablet at the counter then grab a pager which you take to your table. However they don't seem to work and you have to listen very carefully for your name being shouted to collect your order which seems to be at any one of 2 or 3 places My grilled cheese sandwich was good but my wife's Mac n cheese was over salty. The place was like a morgue with all the staff hiding behind a counter. Zero service as you do everything yourself apart from cook . And the crucial part It is so overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area for what you receive. How it competes in a cut throat industry in the States is a mystery. It wouldn't last 2 minutes in Scotland. An overpriced disappointment and that's being kind
I would say in general this place is middle of the road. You overpay for food thats like most of the time decent. However, every now and then i remember how horrible it is when you pay for food and it is simply just not what you ordered and they have nothing in stock. This location specifically always has issues. They either don't give you the items you paid for, or they do a less than stellar job at making the food. Now heres the thing most of the time i will pay the extra for panera but for now absolutely not Im done. Half of the things I wanted were out of stock, the soup I ordered arrived as literally just broth. This was not how it was advertised. In recent months this location has taken a nose dive and i will not be returning anytime soon. This is coming from someone who used to go to this restaurant at least every other week.

Kim (MOD) made my night. I ordered a bread bowl online where they didn’t list that it was gone. My BF picked up the order and when he got home I was sooo upset. So, I called the store and they connected me to the manager who told me that the online ordering wasn’t accurate. She had sold her last bread bowl two hours before. The web DID say they were out of baguettes, however she had some left over end pieces, idc it’s bread and it all goes to the same place. She gave them to me and girl, thank you thank you thank you ❤️

The steak and cheese sandwich was good. The Mac n cheese was good. I got it on the bread bowl which was a total waste, soup belongs in the bread bowl (lesson learned). My biggest complaints are about my cappuccino and the cleanliness. I have never ordered a cappuccino from Panera before but I am not new to the type of drink. It was god awful! It was nothing but disgusting hot water with foam on top. Never again from Panera! And finally, the restaurant, tables, floors, etc were disgracefully dirty. To the point of actual food being stuck to our shoes from just sitting at our table. Our order (for 2 people) was upwards of $50 and it was not worth it. I’m very hesitant to ever go back to this establishment.
