The BLT sandwich which they charged $10.19 which had $.35 of lettuce which was the largest ingredient. Would you eat this? Terrible. I’ve seen bigger tomatoes in my garage disposal!😡

Since when is this an acceptable half a sandwich?
Lockport location continues to go downhill with no apparent training for assembly or quality checks as they thought this was acceptable. $11.75 for a You Pick 2 to get this. Wow.
QUALITY CHANGED IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS!
I have been obsessed with Panera since moving to Lockport and visiting this location. This is where I chose to go for both Mother's Day and my birthday because it was so good and consistent. Tonight changed that. My husband picked up the pickup order and thankfully checked the bag, because my child's half sandwich was missing. They did make the missing half caprese (however it was sloppy and bare).
THERE IS A PIECE OF STEAK ON MY VEGETARIAN CAPRESE, I AM VEGETARIAN. Half of my sandwich on the expected ciabatta roll, and the other half is on focaccia?? My caprese was ALSO missing added toppings (red onion), and is sloppy and bare (despite ordering extra aioli).
My husband got the cheese steak which had a laughable amount of onion and peppers.
The 2 sides of sauce that we ordered were missing completely.

My Bagel sat cooling off while the cashier waited on another 2 customers. Then it went through the toaster a 2nd time because it was to light. Instead of getting the plate and silverware and butter while it was being toasted, he waited until it came out of the toaster to get plate, silver, butter. Yes it was cold by now.
The coffee was weak and not very hot. The coffee there used to be great.

Toasted frontage chicken sandwich. Terribly made.... missing the most important part....the damn chicken. I think im done with panera bread, its not what it used to be. Not sure if its the company cutting back on ingredients or the employees who dont care.
Every time I visit Panera Bread, I feel an inviting warmth that goes beyond just the food. One of my favorite spots is right by the fireplace—especially on chilly days, it feels like a little sanctuary. Sitting there with a warm cup of coffee and fresh bread is the perfect way to unwind and reset. The friendly staff always makes me feel welcome, and the cozy atmosphere, enhanced by that flickering fireplace, turns a simple meal into a comforting experience that keeps me coming back. It truly feels like a home away from home.

They took down my original review - that’s really tacky.
This is the cheapest, corporatized crap food.
Their pasty tasted old. Their coffee tasted like garbage. The atmosphere is that of a funeral home. Their prices are INSANE.
Ordered the green goddess’s salad and the tomatoes were wilted the lettuce was wilted and the chicken was frozen.
Got a Side of fresh fruit and the fruit was old and mushy with a puddle of juice at the bottom.
Ordered a carme frappe and there was no coffee only sugar and whipped cream
You owe me a cup of soup where’s the rest of it. For as expensive as this place is. Full the cup up all the way please.
