Called to order our food for the game guy answers phone with an attitude. Then asked to read back my order, and he keeps saying banana peppers. I say no I didn’t order that as I only eat pepperoni. He tries telling me I did and wants to argue with me about it. Dude you need to learn customer service. You just cost your store a nice order today and all my future business. So I ordered from pizza oven where they were very kind.Update. Emma called me to see what happened and apologized...
I was giving this place a 3 star, but came in to revisit, and had a positive experience. They do cards, and online ordering. The food was very good quality, and my cashier was nice enough. They do pizza by the slice and I got one regular pepperoni slice and a sweet pepperoni slice (I thought it was a great idea to have 2 types of peperoni flavor, and both were delicious).
Very polite on the phone when placing the order. Very pleasant, kind and welcoming when picking up order. Food was made exactly as ordered. Izzy did a great job, subs were delicious! Thank you!
